Had multiple refinances with Hazel over the years after the rates were dropping a little more each time. I appreciate getting the closing costs match the closing costs she estimated in the beginning. In the past, with other companies I experienced a bait and switch. I had a low initial quote estimate and then somehow other costs are thrown in afterwards. I have referred other friends here as I like working with people who are going to be upfront and honest with what I'm going to get and are responsive when I have questions. My mom and I worked with Hazel and Jimmy for a refi on my current home back in Nov 2016. Both Hazel and Jimmy were amazing throughout the entire process. I just closed escrow recently on my first sale and could not be happier with the service provided by Hazel and Jimmy. Hazel walked me through the entire process in simple terms that I could understand. To say she went above and beyond in regards to service would be an understatement. I do not think a single day went by during the entire process where I did not have at least 2-3 phone calls or emails answered by Hazel. I do not mean by the end of the business day either, she is lightning quick when it comes to correspondence and being a multi-tasker! I would joke about how fast she types because by the time I finished composing a few questions I would get paragraphs of specific detailed responses always answering every little thing I did not understand. I really value great service and to see someone take their time and treat you as if you are their only client when they have a full plate says a lot. I never felt more at ease during such an unfamiliar process. To top things off I still had questions after closing and was treated exactly the same. About 5 years ago I purchased my first home from another realtor company and it was a very stressful and painful process. My sister bought a home in 2011 from Jimmy and Hazel and loved their service so much that they recommended them to me. My and wife were skeptical at first but we understood why my sister was raving about Jimmy and Hazel. Our experience was so smooth and Jimmy/Hazel was so patient. I'm not the easiest client to please and my wife was 5- 6 months pregnant at time and we actually looked forward to looking at houses with Jimmy. I literally made Jimmy show me over 50 homes and he was so patient with us. We never once felt rushed. He gave us such honest feedback and catered to my difficult work schedule and as well as my wifes pregnancy. You can really tell he wanted us to absolutely love our home and not regret anything. There were plenty of opportunities where we liked an overpriced home that had flaws and Jimmy could have easily just sold us those ones but he wanted to make sure that he pointed out things that we didn't see ourselves. He pointed both minor and/or major flaws in all the houses we looked at. He told us whether the asking price is too much or what is a good or bad deal. Once we found the house we wanted to put an offer on then other part of the purchasing process that we did not look forward to was the financing of the loan. We had some financial complications as we owned a prior home and I knew getting the loan we wanted at the rate we wanted would prove challenging. But Hazel was amazing. Not only did she get us the loan and conditions that we wanted, she made it so easy for us. She explained everything to us and all the questions that I had so I was never surprised. I always new exactly what to expect. We love Hazel and Jimmy. We have complete faith in Jimmy and have recommended him to all our friends and family. In fact our roommate just bought a house from them recently and also had a great experience. If you are looking for a home and want a really great experience then I highly recommend Jimmy and Hazel. Unbelievable service! I have been through many real estate transactions. Most of the realtors I worked with were satisfactory. None of them, however, came close to the excellence that I received from Jimmy at Seal Real Estate. Ours was a complicated transaction from the beginning, and when I look back on it I shudder to think of having to go through it with anyone else. Jimmy was with me every step of the way. I never saw a realtor work so hard to get our sale to go through. We ran in to some snags at the very end, but Jimmy was able to resolve the problems so we could close escrow on time. I knew what was happening throughout the whole process. In fact, I really didn't ask very many questions because Jimmy addressed issues before I had a chance. Real estate transactions can get crazy, and when it does you want Seal Real Estate to have your back. It got stressful at the end and Jimmy came thru for us. We were referred to Jimmy by a friend who had him as a realtor in the past. I'm from menifee and I tried to work with other realtors locally but they weren't very personable. They would just send us random listings which didn't even meet the criteria we were looking for. What was nice about jimmy is that he really took the time to understand our needs. He would send the listing and follow up right away. He drove all the way from Westminster on several occasions to show us homes, but we ended up being interested in a new build. He came with us to look at all the model homes and he did a better job showing us the houses than the actual builders seller! He talked about the lighting and the way the wall corners should be so it would be safe for our future children. He opened our eyes to things we would have never even thought about. He never rushed us. We ended up going with the new build, which meant we no longer needed him anymore. he STILL kept following up to see how everything was going. During the final days of closing escrow, there were delays and I was sad that we may not have closed on the promised date. Jimmy took it upon himself to call both the title company and the sales office and he got us our keys on time! the commission for a realtor on a new build is pretty much pennies... the fact that Jimmy stayed with us throughout the whole process says a lot ... especially since we live so far from Westminster. We ended up referring him to several people who were just as happy with him as we were. read more

Disappointed. I absolutely regret ever hiring Jimmy after my father passed away and we were looking for a dependable and experienced real estate agent to sell his house. Unfortunately, not only was Jimmy unfamiliar with the area of my father's house (because in his small world, Orange County is the real estate center of everything), his lack of knowledge about the house misled us list the initial sale price a bit too high. Worst of all, however, was when Jimmy then claimed it wasn't his fault for not knowing there was a showing the night before we opened escrow--and that showing led to an offer that was $10,000 more on my late father's house the day we opened escrow!!! Jimmy's carelessness and irresponsible behavior ("It's not my fault--how was I supposed to know there was a showing when the agent didn't call me??") caused my family added grief and pain during this difficult time so soon after my father's passing. When I explained to Jimmy that some agents know how to avoid this issue (some scramble the lock box so the agent is forced to call before the showing or the others receive an email no matter what when the house is shown), he shrugged and was clearly not open to suggestions for how to become a better real estate agent. Would you risk perhaps the biggest financial transaction of your life with someone who could care less about becoming a better agent, someone who accepts NO responsibility when your family loses about $10,000 because he doesn't anticipate an agent may not call before a showing??? He also has poor communication skills and only worked to improve them after I'd repeatedly asked him to be speak clearly many previous times. They didn't call me." GO ELSEWHERE. read more
