My experience at 524 W Greenwood Ave has been some of the most unnecessarily stressful of my 50 + years as a renter. I was a homeowner a few times during this time also I am very aware of the responsibilities of an owner and as a renter. Roberts client, and defacto mother/tenant have made it nearly impossible for Robert to have managed my tenancy properly. I want to believe, given the appropriate opportunity, I would have experienced a more favorable outcome. Robert, to my knowledge, has not been directly involved in the nefarious actions of his clients. The turning off of my heat and hot water on several occasions in the past month. The hiding of my trash cans. The theft of my mail and subsequent use of my bankcard by a family member. The constant harassment, verbal assaults, physical threats and finally lying regarding my exclusive use of a patio and then in retaliation, excluding it as a punishment. I believe Robert was acting in good faith regarding his client. However I have and continue to suffer greatly at the hands of his client. I can only close my eyes, click my heels together 3 times and repeat, "there's no place like home," and hope a house falls on top of his client. When I open my eyes I will be transported to the home of my dreams, on 3/2/2026, far, far away from this scary horrible place. I will pray for the next tenant!

The escrow had horrible delays and the seller ended up cancelling escrow and refunding the buyer their entire amount of their deposit. The top line of the escrow refunding the deposit- posted the entire amount and buyers were tricked into signed where it broke down under the tricky verbiage that they charged my buyers $1,000 cancellation fee. They did not cancel the escrow and escrow did NOT charge the seller a fee. Nicki Igoe, the owner- refused to do the right thing and took my clients hard earned money toward buying their very first home for their two young daughters and them to enjoy!!! This is pathetic and never heard of! Everyone lost in this deal with all the work they did and escrow felt their minimal work deserved to rob my clients of their purchase money for their first home!!! Disgusting customer service and not a way to run a business!! Luckily karma will handle Nicki and her bad choices!!!

We have…read moremany friends we regularly see in & around Long Beach areas, where these guys manage Rental homes etc. We all see, Dead grass, dead flowers, some with No lights at night, this company, does not bother or care, to Auto turn on at night in their very dark, & Vacant rental homes, in the neighborhoods etc. A neighbor also tried inquiring re: a home rental availability, like others have said, no one at APM did not even bother to reply back. These guys appear mostly only care about money/revenue, but have No real care or concern for their properties or neighborhoods, that they are in. Sad to say, We would never use or Recommend this company.
