My gf and I stopped through here on our way out before boarding our flights later in the afternoon. If you're toting your luggage and not a hotel guest, you will have to find another hotel to store your luggage while enjoying this most decadent brunch experience. Luckily we arrived early enough to our reservations to sort that out. Reservations are a must if you don't want to wait. The restaurant is gorgeous with various spaces designed differently but keeps to the exotic Asian theme. Dining in the atrium near the water feature in the middle with stage for the musicians is where we had our experience. Olga was our server. She brought us our special beverages not available at the bar: Bloody Mary's and endless bubbly in our glasses The offerings here are more than I can name, but there is something to satisfy every craving. The favorite for me is the caviar bar. It comes with all the proper fixings on a blini with Crème fraîche. Do you need a vodka shot to go with? Yes, that's also available also at the caviar station. Fresh raw oysters, clams or shrimp cocktail is available in abundance with everything else here. The ceviche was great. I passed on all the various noodles but had to have some lamb curry and basmati rice- delicious! I had some Peking Duck and leg of lamb at the meat station. The filet mignon and lamb chops was ordered and brought to the table. The leg of lamb and filet were slightly dry but still good. The lamb chops with chimichurri sauce was amazing- nuances of vibrant flavors. Assorted fresh fruits were a colorful collection of enticements. I saw some papaya and enjoyed its fresh, sweet juiciness. I am not a dessert person but had to try the key like pie. Then of course, the matcha dessert is a sitting temptation next to the pie. So, my dessert spoils were more than intended. What the hell right? Lol That was the sweet ending to my Setai brunch. There was so much more such as bread, fried stuff, eggs, bagel station, toast etc. One can only eat so much. I stuck to enjoying my favorites. The experience is pricey but so worth it. It is truly the best brunch experience I've ever had. - better than Vegas and a cruise ship!! I always have to experience a Setai brunch whenever in Miami!

From the moment we arrived with check-in, getting our bags to our room, we were treated like true VIPs. Once we got to the room, we had time to change and head to the pool. The evenings were great as we were able to sit out on the balcony and relax, while at the same time being in the lobby or hitting the restaurant was always great. We took advantage of the on-site yoga classes and the beach every day while we were there. The beach area was nice, in the servers supporting the beach I felt did their best to accommodate all of the guests outside. If you're a frequent AMEX user, I would definitely recommend going through your AMEX as it really did just make a difference. The grounds were well kept the pool was clean. The staff was friendly and most importantly, we had an overall great experience. I would definitely recommend it for anybody coming to South Beach to come here, as it's centrally located and it's easily accessible to lots of other activities you may want to consider.

Our attendant was attentive but not hovering, kept the drinks coming, and food came out fast. Everything we ordered was solid -- perfect pool-day food and refreshing cocktails. There is a minimum spend requirement for the cabana, but it was super easy to hit between food and drinks. And considering you're paying for a dedicated space, service, and a prime poolside setup, it felt worth it. Overall, it was the perfect day to unwind and feel a little luxe. I'd definitely book the Ivy cabana again.

Had a great trip this past March with the Charter Agency. Deanne Connolly Graham handled everything…read morefor us including catering, ground transportation from Fort Lauderdale and most importantly securing a great vessel. We were a group of 10 college friends and spouses in town to celebrate an anniversary. We went out for the afternoon on a 55' Azimut flybridge sport yacht and spent the afternoon cruising the beautiful waters around Miami and Miami Beach. Captain Carl was a seasoned veteran and took all the right steps to make this a wonderful day for our group. The ship also included a steward who took care of serving food and drinks and seeing to it that everyone was comfortable. We were in excellent hands with this crew! All the upfront arrangements were quick and easy and and everything came through exactly as promised. I definitely recommend Deanne, Captain Carl and crew and The Charter Agency. This was my second outing with them. I was a guest the first time and was excited about coming back to book my own cruise. I will happily use them again. Thanks Deanne!

I contacted Captain Matt about chartering a boat (or 2) for a bachelor party. He was incredibly…read moreresponsive and flexible and willing to work with me on price and timing. We had a bachelor party of 8 people and he suggested chartering two 4-person fishing vessels and having an open seas fishing competition. Payment and booking were handled quickly and professionally. He informed me that the boats can be catered, or we could provide our own food/beer. He still provided water and soda. Once the group split up we got right to it. Unfortunately one of the boats had a mechanical problem and had to come back to the dock where we quickly switched to another boat. While this is mildly frustrating, there the boat crew handled it well and apologized profusely. Once on the water, the crews on both boats gave solid lessons on what types of lines we were using, how deep the casting lines went, and advice on how to best secure a catch. The entire crew also offered interesting tidbits about the types/temperature/depth of waters that we were fishing in. Since we were all novice fisherman, the crew was very patient. All of the boats were clean and the inside area was air-conditioned and spacious enough for 4-5 people. The groom to be was very happy about the experience and Captain Matt and the rest of the crew were very fun to work with. I highly recommend this as a regular or bachelor party activity (be sure to take Dramamine the night before as the seas gets rough)

WARNING: THE PICTURES THEY POST ON THEIR WEBSITES ARE OUTDATED!!!…read more Rented a townhouse through this company and it was a SHIT HOLE! Yes, the place was located on Ocean Drive but for the EXPENSIVE PRICE, it was totally NOT WORTH IT! - the FLOOR WAS FILTHY, it's like fckin slumdog millionaire up in that shack! - closet doors were FALLING OFF THE RAILS - including the privacy door for the 3rd bedroom. Did a fckin HURRICANE go through this townhouse???? - there was NO DISHWASHER SOAP, so a lot of the dishes and glasses were DIRTY and had a FILM. - the SHEETS were DISGUSTING, they were COVERED WITH STAINS (See Pic)!!! - the 'WHITE' bath mat in the bathroom was now GRAY with YELLOWISH SPOTS! Time to hit up Target for a new mat, MICHAEL SUMMERS (the manager that NEVER RESPONDED to the emails/calls)! - there were extra pillows, but NO PILLOW CASES. PILLOWS were covered in some SECRETION you don't want to know about (See Pic). - there is a MISSING DOOR on the downstairs SHOWER, not in a swanky boutique hotel kind of style but in a "GHETTO, YOU NEED TO FIX THE SHOWER DOOR ahole" kind of style! - CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRENDOUS! Called AND emailed for soap, garbage bags and to follow up on the extra key and NO ONE RESPONDED. - CINDY, (putting her on blast for NOT SHOWING UP) said she'd bring by the spare key, so WAITED AROUND FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS before giving up and going out. She NEVER SHOWED UP! Someone needs to take a class in PROFESSIONALISM....oh and yeah, BRING Michael Summers with you! - they ADVERTISED the place slept 10 but failed to mention that 2 WOULD SLEEP IN AN AIR BED!!! Nice advertising, Michael Summers! Anyways, there are plenty of options in Miami, AVOID South Beach Vacation Rentals like the PLAGUE!
