I walked inside and told them what happened and asked if they could help. They said "of course". They did not have a replacement tire in the size needed. They said that they would put on my spare, which they did promptly. When I asked to pay, my guy said "Why? What did we do? Happy to help." I was blown away. I could not recommend this location more highly. (Sorry that I do not know the name of the guy who helped.)

Embarrassingly Incompetent…read more Belle Tire managed to do the unthinkable: they called me to say they didn't know how to jack up my car. That's right -- a tire shop admitting they don't know how to lift a car. Absolutely embarrassing. After I did the research and provided them with the steps, they then told me they couldn't mount my tires because they're low profile. These are the same type of tires I've had mounted countless times elsewhere with zero issue. I've spent the entire day arguing with them over basic work that any competent shop can handle. If you drive anything nicer than a minivan, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. I'm taking my car to their Discount Tire across the street, a shop that actually knows how to do the simplest part of their job. Belle Tire should be ashamed to call themselves an automotive repair shop.

The technician called the Thursday before saying he's headed to my stated location. I informed the technician that my appointment was Friday, not Thursday. After listening to him curse his company he hung up. I called Friday to get an ETA of when the technician was due and he said he would call his company because I was not on his work order for the day. After receiving NO call I called them and customer service then informed me it was an error on their part and would be another 2weeks before someone could come install my windshield. WORST SERVICE.... They've now lost a customer and had a bad Yelp review. Hope they're happy.....
