I was visiting from out of town and stopped in for Magic: the Gathering games of EDH/Commander. The staff was exceptionally kind and informative, and the clientele all were great to play with! A couple of days later, the seller canceled my order and refunded my money without any notice or explanation. Their excuse was that they could not fulfill an out-of-state order because they could not charge sales tax. I paid shipping and sales tax on the order, and there was no notice of any restrictions on their website. Curiously, the book was no longer in stock after they canceled my order, and they ignored my communications to find a resolution. This strikes me as dishonest and a poor way to treat customers.

Saw that there was a Star Wars pop-up here this past Sunday, May 4. We stopped in to see what…read morevendors were there as well as checking out Dungeons And Dragons accessories. The pop-up only had a couple of vendors that were selling Star Wars related items. Those vendors were fantastic. Would've liked to have seen more vendors, but afterwards we focused on D&D accessories. Lots of options for D&D gamers. I had purchased a board game but had to email them to cancel the order before they would ship it. I received an email from them two hours later that they canceled without any issues! The second time I contacted them, it was for a pre-owned item that I purchased that came with at least 15+ expansions (Too Many Bones EVERYTHING) and the only thing that wasn't accounted for was a missing dice (which I would say is pretty good all things considering). I've seen many times on Reddit of people who had a missing component and that Noble Knight Games have inventory/stock of missing parts/components which they can send replacements to you. Unfortunately they didn't have the dice that I was missing, so they instead issued me a partial refund which I was fine with as the bundle was still worth it value-wise. There weren't big elaborate hoops that I had to jump through to be made right, and I can just tell they want their customers to be satisfied at the end of the day and not feel to be made like we're lying. They're now my first stop to buy pre-owned games because not only do they have really competitive prices, but if I'm missing any components, I at least have a peace of mind knowing their customer service is second to none.
