I was visiting from out of town and stopped in for Magic: the Gathering games of EDH/Commander. The staff was exceptionally kind and informative, and the clientele all were great to play with! If I lived here, I would definitely be here weekly and I definitely encourage anyone curious to check it out! They also have sodas available for purchase, and my only gripe was that they didn't have a better variety of drinks, especially healthier ones, or small bites. I'll hopefully be able to return soon!

A couple of days later, the seller canceled my order and refunded my money without any notice or explanation. Their excuse was that they could not fulfill an out-of-state order because they could not charge sales tax. I paid shipping and sales tax on the order, and there was no notice of any restrictions on their website. Curiously, the book was no longer in stock after they canceled my order, and they ignored my communications to find a resolution. This strikes me as dishonest and a poor way to treat customers.

Borderline rude/useless employees, Pokemon cards don't have prices listed, very limited selection of everything, the store is dingy and poorly lit as if they're trying to save money on electricity because their awful prices don't make them enough money, and more. They give 40% cash for selling your trading card singles to them, and charge an appraisal fee if you don't sell to them. LOL. Most card stores will give you around 70% cash for your cards. This place is only in business because people must not know about any of the other stores in the area. Traveling around to other card/hobby stores recently in other cities just reinforces my point about how people that frequent this store must not know how good a shop can be, and how Pegasus is on the bottom tier of what any game store should strive to be. Please just go to somewhere else local.

And when the staff can be pulled away from gossiping with each other and/or selling overpriced CCG cards to preteens (or more accurately their befuddled parents) they'll talk to you just long enough to make sneery comments about what you're interested in purchasing. Disappointed by how unwelcoming this store was to families with young children. This is a resale…read moreLego, Duplo, and Primo store, so I expected it to be more child-friendly. My toddler had a few normal moments of fussiness while we were there, and a manager asked us to leave, claiming we were disturbing customers -- even though the store was nearly empty. My oldest son had spent over an hour searching for specific Lego pieces and was heartbroken that he didn't get to buy them. What upset me most was how poorly my daughter was treated for simply acting her age. We also reached out to management afterward and never received a response from the owner.
