He blew us off for weeks, wouldn't show us properties that we had previously discussed ( and made appointments to view), tried to show us different properties without having access to them, drive around and have us follow in neighborhoods that we weren't looking at (nor anything available mind you!) and he wouldn't use directions. He was literally lost and we're following him. It was an idiotic nightmare. Three hour one way trip for us to get there just for nothing but a circus. Showed us one single property that wasn't even on our list. His attitude is completely off, just doesn't care. I'm beyond upset. The most inept, disorganized and unprofessional realtor I have ever encountered. We had to leave. Never again will I deal with him.

I gave her over $1000.00 in origami paper to be donated to a nonprofit in Nevada city that she sits on the board, we have contacted her over and over and over regarding the donation that we need the receipt no follow-through. I know she has not donated the paper because when I finally did get a phone call they thanked me for closing. I did not give me clothing. I gave her over $1000 worth of origami paper from a deceased friend of mine Daniel Brooks I would really like to know what she's done with the paper and where it is!!! I feel as if she's really taken us for a ride not explaining a lot of things to do with VA loans that when someone is buying your house with the VA loans you absorb a lot of the cost they don't. our house sold in one day, not due to Mimi because it was another agent that brought the buyer and obviously our house was in pristine condition. Otherwise it wouldn't have sold. I would advise anyone to fully research the real estate agent you're going to use because I do not recommend Mimi and her so-called teams

I reached out to them minutes after they listed a rental on Chief Kelly Drive, and followed their application policies. Showing agent Leslie Robbins called me the following morning to let me know I was first in line and would have the first opportunity to see the rental and apply. She also stated that Sunday would be the first opportunity to see it. When I arrived for the appointment on Sunday, Leslie informed me that someone else had already submitted an application. I questioned her multiple times about how it was possible that someone else had already applied when she told me I was first in line and she responded that they just got a new application system and that somehow someone was able to submit an application and they can only process one application at a time, so if that person is approved then the rental is theirs. I called the office and spoke with owner Craig Adachi. I explained the situation and he said he would speak with Leslie to get her take on the situation. He called me back two days later after I'd left another voicemail message. He said Leslie told him that I was second in line and that she showed the property to this other individual on Friday because they were first in line. I again explained to Craig that Leslie told me I was first in line for this property and he said that it was my word against hers and that he believes her. I suppose it is her word against mine. Leslie lied to me and lied to the company's owner. She cheated the system (I'm sure for a friend). How can anyone trust a company like this? I can almost guarantee that I am a more qualified renter than this other individual, so their client (the homeowner) also loses out. What a terrible way to do business. I'm disheartened by the way this was handled, and a bit disappointed in humanity.
