    I am updating my review. After I posted the previous review I immediately received a response from…read moreADT (as you can see) and was encouraged to write an email which I did. Within a few minutes my ADT account was credited for the tech visit. I appreciate the prompt reply, however, I think it is sad that it takes multiple phone calls and then writing a negative review to get what I believe is fair customer service. But I am now satisfied again and praying that no other window sensors have this similar issue.

Within the last year alone, we have had to place 5 service calls due to ongoing system issues. Currently, our security system has been nonfunctional for 3 days, leaving our home unsecured while we continue paying for a service designed to provide protection and peace of mind. What has been most frustrating is the lack of urgency and follow-through. We were told a supervisor would return our call within 2 hours, yet it has now been over 3 hours with no callback or update. When customers are paying for home security, responsiveness and reliability should be top priorities. At this point, we feel we are paying for security while living in an insecure home. We are very unhappy with the delays, poor communication, and lack of urgency in restoring a functional system. After 7 years of loyalty, we expected much better customer service and support. If this matter is not handled appropriately and satisfactory results are not provided, we will be looking for a new provider--one that takes pride in delivering the quality service customers pay for and values customer satisfaction.

    After our alarm system provider of 35 plus years decided we were not worth making their system…read morework, we were given Guardian's contact information from a family member. The installation was completed in one day by Justin V. He figured out everything about our old system, kept us informed and educated us on the new system. The sales person, Kara even stopped by to make sure everything was going smoothly. What a difference from Cincinnati Alarm. Very customer focused. So far we are very satisfied with the new system.

    I was switched from Cincinnati Bell to guardian many years back. It seems a couple times a year…read morethere is a price increase without any notice or change in service. I decided to drop this service and indicated on my bill in June. In July I received another bill, I called and they were less than helpful. They indicated according to my contract I had to notify them and then pay for an additional 30 days of service based on my contract, I explained I do not have a contract. My account was switched to them from Cincinnati Bell, no contact or contract involved. Received a bill today for two months monitoring... I had one instance this past year where my system was "offline" for three days without a call from them. My battery went bad and when I called to question the individual knew nothing of a battery and wanted to initiate a costly service call. -Customer service is dismal and scripted. -Service is overpriced and continually rising. -apparently the company is so compartmented that notes on bills, calls to customer service and calls for cancellation of services are not integrated. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
