She has been able to get Botox approved through my insurance for my migraines and has also been so gracious in accommodating my needs in regard to rescue medication. I had to follow up twice with staff just to address the delay, which was both frustrating and concerning. At our second visit, we were informed that imaging could not be completed due to an issue with your equipment, requiring us to seek services at another office. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and delayed my mother's care. During the third visit, although we were seen promptly, the physician appeared more focused on concluding the appointment than ensuring we fully understood the recommended outpatient procedure. I had to repeatedly request clarification regarding the risks and details so we could make an informed decision. Our fourth visit was the most concerning. We arrived at approximately 8:03 AM got to front desk at 8:08 AM, delayed only due to difficulty finding parking and safely assisting my elderly, currently disabled mother from the car into her wheelchair. Despite explaining this, the front office staff enforced a strict "zero-minute late policy" and refused to check whether the physician could still see us--even though the visit was simply to review results. Given the circumstances, the lack of flexibility, empathy, and basic consideration for a disabled patient was unacceptable. After this experience, we left without rescheduling. It is deeply disappointing that my mother has had to endure these ongoing issues. The repeated pattern of excessive delays, poor communication, equipment failures, and lack of compassion reflects a serious breakdown in both operational efficiency and patient care standards. What is particularly concerning is that these issues have consistently occurred during visits with Dr. Charlie, indicating a troubling lack of resolution despite multiple encounters. This experience falls well below the level of care, professionalism, and empathy that patients and their families should reasonably expect. Additionally, these concerns extend beyond a single provider. The repeated issues involving front office staff, nursing, and physicians point to a broader systemic breakdown in communication, coordination, and the overall patient experience.

After 15 years, the search is finally over!!! Jason Kaufman resolved my headaches and TMJ pain…read morethat I unsuccessfully treated with multiple physicians for over half of my adult life. It is amazing! I used TMJ mouth guards, underwent surgery for discs in my jaw and used botox on the muscles in my head, but these treatments did not relieve my pain or allow me to open my mouth beyond 1/3 of the normal range. After 1 year of seeing Jason Kaufman, I can now open my mouth to the full range and the pain in my jaw is gone. Regarding, my headaches, I thought I should buy stock in Excedrin. I took 2 Excedrin every morning for years until they started to give me stomach issues. So, I cut down to taking Excedrin two or three times a week. I sought medical help for my headaches for years without any results. Then I was referred to Jason Kaufman. Jason Kaufman is a chiropractor that developed his own method of treatment. He does NOT do the typical alignments we all associate with chiropractors. So, do not let his certification prevent you from experiencing what the Kaufman pain release Method can do for you. It turns out the connected muscles in my shoulders and neck were causing all of the referred pain in my jaw and head. Jason was able to release the muscles and the pain is now gone. It was a process and I am still on the journey. I saw Jason once a week for the first 2 months. Then we moved to once every two weeks, and then to monthly. I am now on an every 5 to 6 week cycle. The results are sustainable. I always knew that I had a stressful Corporate job. I took fairly good care of myself with a moderately active lifestyle and fairly decent eating habits. Who knew that all of the stress accumulating in my shoulders would manifest above my neck? Not only is Jason Kaufman resolving my pain, he is the most caring provider I have ever met in my lifetime. His follow-up is world-class. His empathy for me as a patient still surprises me. For example, he reached out to fellow colleagues to review my medical history and create future treatment plans. He does not need to go this extra mile, but he does because he cares. If you feel like your pain will never go away - any pain in your body (he also treats back pain, leg pain, hip pain, arm pain) - then schedule a session with Jason. I thought my issues were unresolvable, but I was wrong. If you are disheartened, I hope that the Kaufman pain release Method will prove you to be wrong also.

If I could give less stars I would. Every negative review you read about this place is 100%…read moreaccurate and then some. It takes over 5 weeks to get an appointment, then it will only be a consultation, even if you have a referral for exactly what you need done. After the consultation it will take another 5-6 weeks for an appointment. There's a good chance they are going to cancel on you as well (as they did me). Instead of doing the right thing, and trying to fit you in as soon as possible, you just go to the back of the line in priority and have to wait another 5-6 weeks for an appointment. Here's the kicker, during this entire process, prepare to be shown absolutely ZERO empathy from the person on the other end of the line. Take it one further, not only no empathy but they are blatantly rude to you. It's a shame that these people have either never been in a situation where their health depends on receiving proper care, or they have already forgotten what it feels like to receive care urgently and be respected in the process. Here's a list of Neurologists in the East Valley that all have better reviews than this place.
