Dr. George and his staff (Fran, Elizabeth, Randi, etc.)have been amazing, since I first step foot in their office for a consultation right up to now approximately 1 week post op! The ease of making appointments, speaking with the PA, NO or Dr. George himself was remarkable and when we discussed all my options an I was NOT forced into surgery however it was the best option for me, Dr. George discussed the procedure in detail with me and in terms that I could easily understand and put my mind at ease that my back was in the best hands during my surgery. I woke up in the recovery room from the surgery and my sciatica and right leg pain were gone. Thank you Dr. George and the staff at NSPC for getting me literally back on my feet! read more

Dr Zachariah George and his Staff have my complete confidence. A bold statement right? Well, Back in 2018 after 10+ years of Spinal Stenosis I was referred to the practice by my brother in law who had surgery done by Dr George's associates. It was actually a second opinion. I knew I needed surgery and wasn't completely happy the first opinion by another practice seems to rush the process. After a thorough exam Dr George told me what I knew. Surgery was required to relieve pressure on my Spinal Cord. He was honest, made no promises of a miracle recovery and still gave me confidence in his diagnosis and surgical plan. That day though Dr George may very well have saved my life. As a cautionary measure he ordered a view of my Cervical Spine. Never in my wildest nightmares did I expect the news to follow. Dr George had discovered a severe compression at C3-C6. At minimum a good fall could have unwittingly paralyzed me. A worse outcome could have meant my death. This Cervical Spine Surgery would be the first of three I would have with Dr George. In the end an Anterior Cervical Disc Fusion at C3-C6, Laminectomy and Fusion from L2-S2 and most recently I needed to extend my Cervical Fusion downward to include C7-T1. I would recommend Dr George to anyone that needed Spinal Surgery. Today I walk, enjoy activities with my children and sleep better. Thank you Dr George. She is also cold, unfriendly and talks like an air head. Her staff and that entire medical group is just a joke. They wasted over two months of my life because they scheduled me with the wrong doctor and this was after I made an appointment on my own with someone they said didn't deal with my particular case- which was a lie- these little girls don't even know what the doctors at their practice (north Suffolk neurology). Stay away this doctor and this place, I promise there are better places out there.
