I was permitted to book an appointment with this office less than three days ago. I was confirmed for that appointment less than 24 hours ago. To be told at 7 AM this morning when I walk into the office, but they no longer accept my insurance their office never notified me and as a patient of almost 20 years, I could pay out-of-pocket to see my doctor or basically go screw. You can imagine how that could be physically upsetting so when I never threatened anybody in the office and never used any foul language, but was visibly crying, trying to advocate for myself because I would love to know if I'm walking around with pneumonia As I'm working it out or thinking I am with the office manager being told that they dropped the ball and it's their fault. I have poor Suffolk County police officers walk up behind me to escort me out when I was never asked to leave, but to the contrary, asked to hang tight while they figured out what they could do for me.
