When I first walked in the door, they like to make sure they take your money first. The lady at the window is very rude, nasty, and mean. I thought, "bad day" right? Even though it's morning. But the more I went there, the lady that answers the phone and takes your money when you visit there was still rude, nasty and mean. She hangs up on you, she doesn't like to listen to what you have to say. She just is rude all the way around. She has hung up the phone on me many times, when I was having an issue with the scripts that they had wrote out, she hung up the phone on my insurance company 2x. After the first initial visit, you never see the doctor again. He is never in the office. It's like, he is there your first visit and disappears. The two ladies are the only ones you see after that. You can't discuss anything with the doctor because he is at home sleeping and having the ladies do all the work. But I changed to a different place and was happy to tell the lady on the phone how I felt about her finally. I could have said more but she wasn't worth it. And she probably would have just hung up on me anyway. So I am happy to say good riddance and I hope you are shut down.

My family and I have been patients at this office for many years, my children for their entire…read morelife. Many things have changed since they were bought out by ProHealth, but that can't be blamed for everything. The staff on the phone is almost always rude and short with you. The only times I've consistently had any decency is when making an appointment. God forbid you need to change or cancel, be prepared for an unacceptable level of rudeness. We have addressed this with the Office Manager who said she would definitely speak with the staff however nothing has changed. On another occasion, we had to call the afterhours number as my 18mos old son was injured (turned out to be Nursemaid's elbow) - we contacted the on-call line at 9:15pm. After waiting an hour and not receiving a call back we decided to stop waiting and take him to the hospital. That was almost a month ago, never received a call back. When we brought it up to the Office Manager she said she would definitely look into it (the nurse flat out said, "this is a known problem with this doctor") and that we should give her a day or two and she would absolutely get back to us. Here it is ELEVEN days later and we still haven't heard back from her. I'm seeing a pattern. Honestly I like the doctor we see however I feel like he's amazing only if the kids are okay. When it comes to me, he doesn't treat me, he just tells me some line about stress and how my body handles it differently and moves on. Now that my daughter may have something out of the norm going on with her I can't get an honest answer. I knew something was wrong and had asked 4 months ago at an appointment about some of the issues with her that concerned me and was basically told to watch it and most of it was just "toddler stuff." Four months later I request that we actually DO something and run some labs to either figure it out or put my fears at ease. Sure enough something is going on and her labs were not normal. We had to repeat labs Friday morning to get a more in-depth idea of what is going on and now Monday afternoon I still haven't heard anything. To those thinking labs take a while, they don't - our first set of labs were done on a Friday and we had the results that same evening. So now not only am I kicking myself for not trusting my gut with my daughter 4 months ago, but now they make me wait and worry over the weekend and who knows how long before they can be bothered to call us. We also had an issue with an allergic reaction in my son (18mos old), and he was breaking out in hives along with a fever. We called first thing in the morning to see if we could get him in. Keeping in mind that I know we are not the only patient and that we are not any more important than anyone else, I was still shocked when they said the ONLY opening they had that day was at 2pm. They told me to give him Benadryl and come in at 2pm. I explained to the lady that one of two things were going to happen, 1) I was going to give him Benadryl and it was going to go away before 2pm, to which they would look at him and say he looks fine, wasting my time, the doctors time, and my money or 2) his reaction would get worse in which case I would have to take him to the ER or Urgent care. THEN they tell me that another doctor in the clinic has a 10:45am apt if I want it!? WHY wouldn't you check that first? Considering that the 2pm apt wasn't for OUR doctor either! It just seems like they don't use their head there. It's become very clear to me that my family and I are NOT what is the priority to them. Our money is, but not US. I will say that the lab gets 5 STARS from us. With having a 3 year old girl needing to be stuck 2 weeks in a row, those individuals have been absolutely stellar! They make her feel important, at ease and special. She talks about them now all the time, and even asked to bring them flowers at her second lab draw. They are very special people there and THEY will be the ones that I'll be sad to leave when we find a new doctor.

This clinic changed their name, ownership & all new staff. The business was transferred or bought…read moreby the daughter of the previous owner for legal reasons. Since the clinic has new ownership and all new employees, they shouldn't be allowed to piggyback on the former business ratings. Those providers, office staff, and owner are all newer. You can't count on ratings based on all new staff, owners, and providers. They say they offer a variety of services on their website. All they do is refer you out without making sure your insurance is accepted. They don't like that you get your own providers. After years of going there, I received a phone stating I was being dismissed because my tests were all negative for a year. Wouldn't that be neglect on their part? They never called me in for a new test or random test or count. Pain solutions noted that I was very upset when they called me. Who wouldn't be if you were thriving in your life finally & just days before you run out of meds they cut you off. That isn't even safe. The safest way to go off is to wean by TEN PERCENT at a time. I was taken off what is considered high doses with nothing. I trusted my provider. She blatantly lied in her letter of my dismissal & never once warned me I was at risk of being dismissed. Instead she had told me the government was getting out of hand with pain meds. My monthly drug tests since July were oral swabs. I have Sjogren's (dry mouth and eyes) The swabs were dry when they told me the test was done. I expressed my concern for my dry mouth each time & came in for my last appointment ready to give a urine test for which I was refused. Everyone else gave urine. People who use street drugs (not weed. (Because that's allowed)are given a one time warning. I asked for a warning and would have skipped the meds that caused my GI issues a week before so that I could get a clean read on a urine test which at my last appointment I tried to do & was in early enough to get that instead of saliva since saliva tests are not accurate and I felt something wasn't right, especially when your mouth is so dry, it comes out dry. They didn't let me give urine because it was lunchtime. I was there before my appt. Requested the more reliable urine test and nope. It's lunch time. Others came in after me and didn't have that problem. They make you come in every month despite the government allowing them to write for 3 months. But they charge cash then say you can be reimbursed by your insurance. I haven't found an insurance company that will reimburse you. I was told that if you test positive for street drugs like cocaine (weed is allowed and promoted) you get a warning & a second chance. For 12 months I tested negative & not even a random repeat test. I held to my end of my pain contract. I went above and beyond in quite a few ways. Pro Tip, if a person tests negative for ANYTHING, especially on an oral swab taken on someone who has a dry mouth, the FIRST thing you do is RETEST in a different manner. I requested a urine test but was told nope. get a warning. I was let go for conflicting reasons. She did give me Belbuca, but not even 1mg. That doesn't help much in way of withdrawal & it certainly doesn't put a dent in my torn muscles I am trying to get fixed. Make sure you look into the "services" they offer. Those are outside providers who may or may not take your insurance. Or pain solutions gets a portion of their fees. Why else would they only want you going to the ppl THEY refer. Now I have painful injuries that are not controlled by Tylenol. I'm not supposed to take NSAIDS, but they were prescribed along with another med I'm allergic to and another I already take. It was irresponsible, a danger to my health and I still don't know which part of my pain contract I broke since I told my provider EVERYTHING. This is why I have no trust in the medical field. They literally had to dirty me up rather than at least tell me at my last appointment they didn't feel they could take care of me. There are many reputable clinics who provide pain management that bill insurance. This one says you can submit the bill to your insurance and again, I couldn't find one who will do that. I signed a pain contract with them. I held up to my end. They chose to break theirs end. I should have had some recourse
