I'd give negative stars if possible. I started seeing them a couple years ago. I was healthy full…read moretime employed person. I started having bowel problems that were ignored for a year. Eventhough I was 50 and due for a colonospicy my doctor dragged his feet. Finially it got so bad that he put in a referral. Turned out I had a lot of palips and a large mass. I lost my colon because of it. Then after surgery care was dismal and I ended up almost dying and in icu since they couldn't be bothered. My health has deteriorated to the point it can barely walk and function. Now my hands and feet are swelling like balloons and they decided to boot me and leave me without care. If you value your life and your family don't go to them.

I thought I had a cold when I got home as I was coughing heavily. Finally went to local hospital and told them what happened at the dentist, no answer, only SILENCE ! They rushed me to Lincoln St. Elizabeth's, surprise, surprise...St. E's sponsored the dental clinic ! They drained my lung then told me my aortic valve was damaged and must be replaced with a cow valve ! I asked why, because she collapsed my lung in the dentist office and 2 weeks of constant, heavy coughing ? ...Silence ! As soon as I filed a lawsuit in local court they moved the case to Federal court as the clinic was partially Fed. funded, knowing few lawyers would sue the Federal Government on a contingency basis. They were right, my atty. dropped my case soon after. So I was never recieved a dime for all the terrible suffering. Quite a racket they have going, the clinic almost kills me then the hospital makes $70,000 off medicare patching me up ! If that wasn't enough I had PTSD for 8 years after. My jaw would slam shut just as I was going to sleep or waking up so I had no control over it and popped out all the fillings some 40 years old ! Then 4 teeth chipped off down to the gum line so now I need 6 extractions including one that has been abcessed for 3 mo. ! Because I only have a Social Security income it looks like I will suffer more years yet. This is a horrible thing these so-called professionals have done to me. ...Jeff M.

Dr. Majerus was also excellent but he has moved to a new practice. The PA Lynn has also always provided excellent care. Never had any problems with billing or appointments. The doctor told me to use what I had and call when I needed a refill. When I called, the prescription was refused with no explanation. I expressed concern because abruptly stopping this medication can cause serious health risks, including seizures and even death. The staff consulted with the doctor but returned to refuse the prescription again, with a dismissive laugh, leaving me without guidance. Had the doctor told me she would not refill the medication, I could have worked with her on a safe plan or tapered off under guidance, but no options were offered. I never filed a complaint; I found a doctor who would provide honest and safe care. I was left in a dangerous situation that no responsible medical provider should allow. I hope future patients receive clear guidance and respectful communication, especially for medications with serious withdrawal risks.
