Recently visited the Relive in Stuart and I had a 10/10 experience. I did the VISIA scan and custom facial with Olivia. The VISIA scan was something I wanted to do for a while since it is set to review your skin and point our dark spots, sun damage, aging and other skin concerns. Olivia was so knowledgeable about all the different analysis levels and what I can do about it. Then I had a customized facial to address my personal concerns. The facial itself was very relaxing and detailed. Olivia was able to answer every question I had and came up with several different plans going forward based on my timeline, concern and budget! After receiving multiple appointment reminders via text, I promptly show up 15 minutes early. At check in, the very nice people said they did not have me in for an appointment. I showed the text of the reminders and also the phone number and address of the appointment reminders and sure enough, it was the same. I already had my concerns, but this lack of appointment solidified my belief that this place is sketchy at best. Don't waste your time! read more

Just lost a client! (Stuart location) I'm new to the jensen beach area. In need of a new med spa-decided to try this place out. I booked my first appointment two weeks ago, was seen by MJ (she's amazing!) and left with Botox injections. Prior to leaving-I made an appointment to see the esthetician to discuss further treatments. I had an appointment this morning to see the esthetician. I actually tried to rebook for another time but was told I would have to wait about a month due to lack of availability. I arrived on time (11:15) only to be told that I had to fill out another intake form (I did on my first visit) . By 11:23 I still hadn't been called yet and when asking the front desk person (she has a dull careless attitude) she came back only to tell me that I would be called soon. When I was called-MJ came out instead of the esthetician, which struck me as odd. It had only been two weeks since my Botox injections with MJ so clearly I was booked for the wrong appointment. At that point I felt annoyed that I had wasted time that I really didn't have in the first place. The staff didn't seem too apologetic also lacking major professionalism. Just want to say what a positive experience I had at Relive Spa in Stuart. MJ is a master aesthetician who gave me beautiful results. I am from New York and always went to the best skin care in Manhattan. I have been living in Florida for the last 8 years searching for the right person that I can trust. It is very scary not knowing who you are dealing with, especially when they are putting needles in your face. I've decided to give this place a try for losing weight. I purchased Semaglutide for $700 which also covers your blood work. The ladies were very passionate about how it will suppress your appetite you will begin to lose weight. So in my first week, I did lose 6 pounds and they were correct. My appetite was suppressed. It was amazing.. Then for the last 7 weeks in taking my shots religiously on Thursdays morning I absolutely never felt any side effects and I NEVER had my appetite suppressed and I explained that to them each week and every week they said that it takes 4 to 6 weeks for Semaglutide to take effect to your system and did NOT lose anymore weight from then on I continue to do my exercise and ate correctly. On my last visit for my last shots the nurse explain to me that they had another type of shot that was going to be stronger than semi glide and work more efficiently. Basically, my question is I spent $700 and we went over everything in the very beginning to what to expect, so why was informed about all the other products, but I go through an eight week program did not lose 15% of my bodyweight never had side effects, and we increased our doses as we went along still did not feel any of the effects so this is telling me personally that the type of Semaglutide that I purchased was probably not as effective as this Ozempic is and what everybody's talking about I've never posted anything before, but I felt that people need to understand that displace here at relive in my opinion is very unprofessional and how they go about explaining to their customers what you should be expecting and none of it was true very disappointed! read more

Horrible experience. Was never greeted properly or professionally at the front desk. As for example I walked in and was told to wait instead of just saying hi please wait someone will be right with you. Next example was the front desk girl played on her phone for 20 minutes before helping. Afterwards she told me it's going to be a little bit longer and I decided to leave. read more

I visited last week while I was getting over a cold because we are leaving for vacation. I was greeted by a smile and given a clipboard of questions to fill out. Shortly after I was called to another room where a "patient coordinator " greeted me and could not ANSWER a single question about the difference in solutions or services offered. The nurse came in and was able to clarify all my questions making the coordinator a very confused and poorly educated SALESMAN. Which was obvious for the start truthfully. I then had my IV started and had a really great conversation with Lauren who was Honestly the only reason I came back with my husband who is now getting over the same cold. Over the phone we we're told that first responders received 1 free treatment a month and just to ask when we get to the desk, yet when we arrived there is no such discount . I called at noon to be scheduled for 3:45. He waited well over an hour to be seen. And Had to downgrade from a 1L BAG OF FLUIDS to a 500Ml bag because if the HOUR wait. The customer service is absolutely ridiculous and although the facility is beautiful and the staff is friendly , PEOPLE in this industry should have consideration for punctuality and professionalism, as well as being able to answer questions EFFECTIVELY and WITH ACCURATE answers . Never again. I will drive out of my way to be sure this company never gets our business or the business of other first responders again. HUGE disappointment. read more

I was on BHRT years ago, but moved and never got around to getting back on plan. I haven't been feeling as great lately so I thought resuming BHRT. I left my info on their contact form late on a weekend and Kenny messaged me right back and set me up with a Tele-health visit. We talked about my needs and was told my meds would be UPS'd over. I received them just a few days later and am feeling better, and better as time goes on. My meds are automatically shipped to me monthly, and Kenny checks in on me from time to time, which makes me feel like I'm not just a number. Can not recommend Revive enough! read more

Best experience I could imagine! Last week was my first time there, I met Kenny and Shelby up front and they answered every question I had in a friendly and relaxed manner, no rushing to get me in and out or anything like that. After going back, I met Valentina and Avery, I mentioned that I do have a history of passing out from needles and told them about my experiences. From the moment I got back there even before I mentioned anything about my history, they made sure I was extremely comfortable and relaxed, I didn't even feel Valentina put the needle in my arm?! I went in for some IV therapy, added Carnitine, Glycine, and did Ozone based on suggestions from Kenny and Valentina after telling them how I've been feeling lately. They nailed it! I felt absolutely AMAZING the rest of the day and this past week, I can't remember the last time I felt this great! I went in for some bloodwork today and got the same treatment.
