Worst doctor experience ever! Dr. Goel was horrible! She immediately was dismissive regarding my MRI results. I came to her with a NeuroQuant MRI report that showed brain atrophy in three parts of my brain. She was unfamiliar with the test and dismissed it as "gimicky." Clearly she needs professional development. Precision Imaging new exactly what NeuroQuant is because it requires a specific protocol to set up the MRI machine. Typical brain MRIs are INTERPRETIVE. The NeuroQuant brain MRI is based on quantitative data. It even has CPT codes 0865T and 0866T. NOT GIMMICKY! Do not go here . I was hit by a drunk driver and 5 months later I was hit again . I was referred here by my attorney. I was also told by that same attorney to get injections from another doctor in mandarin and when Dr Tran found out about this he became very angry with me . He told me not to see that other doctor . It is my right to choose whom I see for injections . I spent thousands trying to find out what was wrong with me , having black out spells and neurological problems with back and neck pain . I went there for two years and they only drug tested me one time even though I offered a test each month to prove what was in my system so they couldn't say I was doing anything wrong . They pushed injections on me that I did not want and I ended up in the hospital on two separate occasions due to an adverse reaction . I told Dr Tran about the hospitalizations and the reactions. He acted as if he did not care at all , I also told him my Insurance company was refusing to pay for them as they were teaming them as medically unnecessary. Dr Tran pushed them on me a third time causing more pain and bleeding . After several repeated attempts to talk with him about my worsening health condition he completely ignored my pain , cut my prescription back to a two week supply and tried to get me to see another series of specialist that I cannot afford to see claiming he was completely unaware of my blackout spells ! I was horrified! The staff in the front behind the window are extremely rude and impatient. They lack the knowledge and experience to deal with anyone who has chronic pain is very unsettling to say the least . This doctors office is pushing medical marijuana and injections. If you like getting yelled at this Dr. Is for you I was referred to Dr. Emas for a head injury. I saw Dr. Pope first who was pleasant, listened to my concerns and gave me some solid advice. Then... after a two hour wait I finally saw "Dr" Emas. He came into the small exam room with another man and didn't even introduce me. After rummaging around like a rabbit on caffeine, they both finally found their seating. His dirty mask was hard to look at as he tried to examine me and ask me questions that I had already answered several times and charts were all on the computer for him to clearly see He says there is a "disconnect" in the room and I agree. My head is killing me and I've been patiently waiting hours, this is why I'm here.. at the doctor‍ He then tells me I need peace and quiet, no loud noises, minimal screen time and wants to give me a prescription. I ask about side effects and immediately his voice gets louder, he hesitantly tells me after I pry further that there may be stomach issues.. then proceeds to stand up in front of me and is literally yelling in my face with his visibly dirty mask... it made me sick and I ran out of the office crying.
