Until i traveled to Las Vegas on the day of the meeting in the morning. I drove about 6 hours from Cali to meet Tyler and contacted him 2 hours before our meeting to ask if we can meet earlier since i arrived earlier than expected. The text i received was nothing but utterly unprofessional and upsetting to me. Tyler responded via text that he wasn't sure if i was coming or not for some reason. Im coming from Cali and driving back and forth for 12 hours, so I had to plan my day a week prior and wanted to make sure this meeting was accomplished. The text response was nothing but upsetting and shocking to me because Tyler assumed that i was not coming, rather than following up via phone call or even a text 1-2 days before meeting to confirm the meeting. I will never work with a business that ASSUMES everything. How can you trust and leave your rental property if the PM assumes and doesnt follow up and have a decent communication skills??
