The other doctor they sent me to, same company different office, was rude and condescending. I stopped to get a drink of water and he started talking about mutual respect and told me I needed to get over there and sit down. As he was talking to the computer he didn't see me getting a drink. I am not a five year old and do not appreciate being talked to like I am. On the 31st of May I was sent a certified letter telling me I was no longer welcome at their business. No explanation included. All I can say is I hope no one treats you like I was treated.

Synopsis of last 4 visits. 1 thought we were…read moreshowing up for injections Dr lou didn't think it was necessary and said we should schedule for laser surgery. 2 Next visit, thought we were showing up for laser surgery. Nope, not sure how/why but told it wasn't necessary. Okay, whatever, we don't know anything so..... 3 showed up, dialated no pictures taken of eyes. Dr looked and said still looking good. Front desk attempted to charge for the pictures that weren't taken and argued about it. 4..... Dr basically acted like we weren't following the treatment plan that he wanted. Huge POS, we did and were prepared to do everything you asked us to do in regards to treatment. Yeah, we're done. Not sure if it was the Dr, the front office or what but my dog makes things in my backyard that are better than this place. Beg your PCP for a different referral, go somewhere else. This is on top of the 2hr appointment. Oh, and now they have resorted to reporting photos that put them in a bad light as not being a part of the business SO, now it's time to post my long overdue review. Enjoy!

He explained the procedure to me very clearly and listened to all of my concerns. I have not had the procedure yet because I have other health concerns that I must address first. I hope to get the procedure done within the next few months. I am very nervous, but I really feel that Dr. Calvo will take good care of me. Also, the office staff was exceptional.
