I would like to reference the manager, Rick, who is exceptional, friendly helpful and always there, If something comes up that needs an answer. I love working with Lyric and Emily, especially after my husband passed away, and there were so many things that had to be taken care of with relationship to my bank accounts. I love the fact that I can call them and talk on the phone. They know who I am talking f I have any questions or need information. Many of the banks in Carson City treat you like numbers, they don't know who you are. They don't form personal relationships with you, At least that was my experience with helping friends with their banking situations . Try that at Bank of America with just one branch in town that has long ass lines all the time! These people recognize me when I come in and know me by name. I cash checks, make deposits with out filling out the deposit slip (they gladly do that for me). I see this as banking local and it shows in the service level.
