Girl who answered the phone was very rude and dismissive, she interrupted me when I was explaining the situation and instead told me she would text me and she wanted me to text a picture of my ID and citation info. If I knew I could have gone to the court's customer service division like they did on my behalf and simply ask for a "demerit point reduction" fee then I would not have paid the $99 for their service. The options are shown when you log into your case online(picture attached). It seems the firm's practice is to automatically elect the demerit point reduction option instead of asking their client if they would prefer taking traffic school. The court's demerit fee of $100 is much higher than just taking a $20 online traffic course. read more

They forgot to file my paperwork which led to obviously their service becoming obsolete and the fees have been increasing and I just received a letter from the DMV that my license will be suspended all because they didn't do the one thing I hired them for. They have been dragging their feet to get me any type of resolution. They gave me a refund because it was 100% their error and that was supposed to make me feel better. I received a speeding ticket on my way to visit a friend in Vegas. That friend suggested I use Nevada Traffic Ticket Pro. I happened to log on to the court system before doing that. I found that my fine was $195 and it had already been reduced to be a non-moving violation as long as I paid the fine prior to a certain date. It was stupid of me not to just pay the fine and be done with it. At that point, I paid the $60 retainer with Nevada Ticket Pros to see if they could improve my fine amount. 6 days later, I received an email. The attached letter stated: "I appeared in court on your behalf to address the above referenced citation. The result is as follows: Original Charge: Charge 1: Speed 1-10 mph over (1pt) Result & Fine Amount (ONLY if you pay by 2/22/2022)" Charge 1: $195 fine / Illegal Parking / No traffic school / 0 points" This is exactly the same information I found in the court system prior to retaining this firm, and here they were presenting it as if it was something they worked to accomplish. I felt this was deceitful. The letter would have been perfectly accurate if it stated, "I appeared in court on your behalf and was unable to improve your situation". I responded explaining that I thought they would get the fine reduced, otherwise I would have just paid it without paying their $60 retainer. I received a curt response: "Read section 2 below, or refer to your retainer." They pointed me to the fine print, "The Attorney is negotiating with the objective of lowering your charge to a non-moving violation as priority #1." The attorney could tell at first glance that my violation was already set as a non-moving violation. So, why not contact me to advise me instead of making a seemingly frivolous appearance in court. (This assumes they actually appeared in court, I have no evidence that they did or didn't.) I realize attorneys have overhead and time is money. I understand that they may have spent some amount of time reviewing my ticket and there is cost associated with that. This firm may be a good value if you have a ticket that is within their wheelhouse. I would not consider using them again. Not because of the $60, but because I question their integrity after my experience. read more

When I inquired about the cause of my ticket being more than the advertised $25, the response was "We are a law firm" and then proceeded to berate me that I could not read when I pointed out that their website suggested $25 and I was curious as to what about my ticket caused it to be more than that to which they did not respond and continued to suggest starting at $25... Only a few miles over the speed limit, but didn't want to go to traffic school, get a point on my record or have my insurance go up.
