My review is that they did what they said, the agents over the phone were mostly professional. The problem came when I saw their charge as "Luchini Blakesley Co" come over as a charge on my credit card. I disputed it because I couldn't recognize the charge. They had some tough sounding guy call me threatening me because I "was taking food from their families", and was threatening me to reverse the warrant, and how could I after they drove all the way out to court. I was like, I didn't mean to dispute your charge, and after further review, I put that the unrecognized charge was Vegas Ticket Fix. I called them back and repaid the balance, but how they handled a simple misunderstanding is something like out of the movie "Casino" or something. Everyone except the guy who called me up regarding the payment was professional. That dude sounded like he wanted to be in mafia movies as a bad actor. Maybe that's who they hire in their debt section. 3 stars because they do what they say, but it's weird dealing with them if there is a problem. They need to change their merchant's name so people aren't confused. When I told one of their agents about the chargeback, it seems like they have done this a few times before so I am not the only one confused. Anyways, lose the tough guy attitude, it's not needed. I had a speeding ticket, they changed it to a rural speeding ticket, which I guess in Nevada is a non moving violation. So I've got tagged going 90+ on the freeway (65) The ticket cost was not bad but what's bad is the +3 points I was going to get (+2 if you can do traffic school). Because you can only get so many points within a year (12 points I believe) before they suspend your license. This is my first time using a service such as this one and I was a bit skeptical at first. But what can be worst than the 3 points I was about to get? It took awhile as they had to push back the court date due to COVID-19. After 5 months and 10 days, finally some good news! I was tripping out about having a point on my record after getting a speeding ticket in Vegas because I didn't want my insurance to go up. Luckily, Luis Vargas, my case manager, was able to attend my court date for me and changed my ticket to an illegal parking ticket! Woot ! So no point and no traffic school for me. Hi everyone, I absolutely highly recommend Vegas ticket fix. I got my results of my final ticket about few weeks ago. I got two violations lol one for following too close and one for being on your cellphone (I don't recommend these) haha. But my ticket would have been a total of $613 and they were able to help me and pay ONLY $448 + $5 when you pay online with the court. I felt the need to send a review since I've seen quite a few reviews stating no communication, nothing done with the ticket...etc. I went into this with low expectations since it's been a very long time since I've had a ticket. I had 3, apparently I go big! Haha. Anyhow, I emailed Vegas Ticket Fix and received a call later that same day. I was given info and told I would receive a confirmation email within the next few days, which I did. I paid $60, to me this was rather cheap to take care of 3 tickets and I didn't have to do it. On the email they are VERY CLEAR, you are responsible for your own ticket. There were so many warnings to remind me that I should make sure things are being taken care of, that it made me nervous. But it was MY ticket. I checked the ticket on the county website for my own info and Marisol with VTF, emailed me the date my hearing would be and that they would be attending. I never had to contact them since I would check my emails and the county website. Nothing was needed but when I emailed them, they got back to me within 24 hrs. If it was important, I'm sure I could have called but it wasn't necessary. In the end, my ticket was reduced from $650 to $250, 2 of them were dismissed, no points or traffic school. It came down too, no tickets or fines in probably over 15 years. Lots of factors play a roll in why a ticket gets or doesn't get reduced. I'm glad I took a chance, it worked out for me. read more

They didn't seem to care about what I asked for. They just wanted to take my money and get it over with. I could've done a better job myself. But, since I don't even live in Nevada, I thought paying them to take care of it would be easy. Wrong. If I were you, I would research your ticket yourself but I would not waste my money with this group. At all. I'm really curious why so many others gave a good review. The reason I hired them was extremely simple and upon 5 minutes of research, I found how to fix it myself, but I didn't know it was so simple until after paying them. Why didn't they do it, though?. They charged me 45 bucks and it doesn't seem like they did anything. Communication was like pulling teeth. And, when I finally did get through to them I asked about why it seemed like they didn't do anything to help me, the girl started giving me really lame excuses. She even sounded like she was trying to get me to hate cops. Telling me that cops are just getting their quota and how they can give out dumb tickets. Which made me think, ' Then why couldn't you do a better job with it???' Just like another review here, I got stuck with $318. Plus their $45. I don't even think that was the cost on my ticket. I knew going in with firms like this that it's a gamble. They may make your ticket disappear or they may not. In my case, I paid $50 and rolled the dice. (normally $25 but I was filing mine a little closer to deadline). My ticket was for doing 50 in a 35mph speed trap area, cited at doing 40mph by the officer. I checked the ticket thru the government website and my fine was $208, no points / no traffic school and considered a non moving violation. So I figured what the hell I'll try this firm. I coughed up the $50 and about a month later I find the ticket is exactly the same, $208, no points / school, non moving violation. I know firms can't always work magic but I took the gamble and it didn't pay off. Clearly based on other reviews they can make some tickets disappear or get dismissed which is what I was hoping for considering my violation was so petty. But oh well... If you're going to use their services just know that it's not 100% guarantee they'll be able to do anything for you. I give the company good marks for their customer service and how quickly they get things rolling, but I gave them a 2 star because on the email they sent they tried to make it seem like they "reduced it to no points / school / non moving violation" when it already was, as if I didn't already know that. A better suggestion would be to just come clean with your clients and say "Hey, we tried, but unfortunately due to 'this this and this' we couldn't do anything." The handwriting on the response form was chicken scratch sloppy as well. But hey, that's just my experience. I had a ticket for speeding 20 mph hour over the limit and no proof of registration (tag was current but I did not have the paper receipt in the vehicle). Got a ticket for basic speed 21-30 over limit on 3/17. I paid the office $45 for basic fee which I wonder why since everyone seem to have just paid $25. They had the court date on 8/22. I have to pay in full at $318. What's the point of getting this service? And poor customer service, every time I call them or they leave me a message, they always address me as Tan. Somebody probably mispelled the name, it's supposed to be Ian. Nobody even bothered to correct it even though I correct them every single time. Go with someone else. I would not recommend this group at all. Response: Regarding my second charge, it was to update address and registration which I already had fixed on my OWN before I even came to you guys which I even told the person I spoke with that it's already been taken care of. So you guys really didn't do anything about it. I wish they told me that's why they were charging me the extra $20 because it's already fixed to begin with. Completely unsatisfied with this company. I'm from California and moved here about a year ago. Haven't had a ticket in about 6 years. Got a speeding ticket and heard all the wonders from co-workers and my fiancé who had used various companies in town. My fiancé got 3 tickets in 5 years and each time paid the company, got the charge reduced to a moving violation and paid the fine. So I was happy to know this wouldn't be a hassle. I went with Vegas Ticket Fix because they had an ad and the fee was cheap. However when I got my letter from them I had to pay the fine AND I have to go to traffic school! WHAT? No one I've talked to has ever had to deal with traffic school as part of fixing their ticket when using one of these fix-it companies. I have been using Vegas Ticket Fix for quite a while now. I think Josh and his staff have taken care of at least 10 tickets for my family and me. I couldn't be happier with the results. I like knowing that I can trust my attorney and his staff to get it done. First, the attorney -- nice guy who knows what he is doing. Really, what more can you ask for? Oh but it gets better. Josh explains the process and the limitations of what he can do. He gives you reasonable expectations and keeps you posted as things develop. I appreciate his honesty. Second, the staff -- talk about being on their game! They have great customer service; the receptionist was very friendly and the attorney really took his time to explain the process to me.
