Submitted two requests for information online... Didn't hear back within 10 days. Called in just now. Lady on the phone was very nice, but apparently the way traffic tickets are handled in Las Vegas changed significantly in January 2023 and now they are unable to help, hence why there hasn't been a single review of this business this year. She said they were working on closing their website which is why I'm giving them two stars. This should take all of one minute, not one year. Turn off the website. read more

I hired them last year on a speeding ticket I got on 1-15 coming back from California right before M Resort. I was cruising and didn't realize I was going fast. Asked Las Vegas Ticket Authority if they could reduce the violation to a parking ticket to avoid getting points and/or traffic school. Also asked if they could possibly get the fine reduced. They did both! There's a lot of speed trap roads in Vegas that should have a 45-50mph limit but only have it posted as 25-35 so anytime Metro needs money they just hang out at these streets where everyone is basically going 10-20 mph over the limit. I had gotten a speeding ticket for 11 miles over in Henderson down a hill. Speed trap of course. I knew in Vegas I could get it dropped, didn't know the process but heard lawyers handle it. So I looked it up and found Ticket Authority had good ratings on Yelp. Some places as well as ticket authority you can take a photo of your ticket and send it thru email online but I was a bit skeptical since I had never done this before and I was from LA not Vegas. I happened to be staying not to far from ticket authority offices so I went over there talked to a real person and she explained to me the process. Pay ticket authority $50 to process and handle everything. It will be dropped to a parking ticket with no points, no record or traffic school. Which is awesome. It took a little over a month for them to get everything cleared and taken care of. You don't have to worry about the court date or anything once ticket authority handles your case, the court date is void and they do their magic. You do still have to pay the fine that's on the ticket. Henderson is the toughest court so your ticket can't be reduced, I was told in some counties in Vegas the ticket fine even could be reduced. Once the ticket gets processed they will call you and send you an email link to the court to pay the fine and it's done. It was a relief and they were very professional, when I called them concerning the ticket since it took a while they assured me that everything is good. Absolutely incredible team over at LV Ticket Authority. The lady (I think her name was Maria) was very upfront to me about what to expect with the municipal court. She said they are pretty tight and typically don't reduce the fine amount or drop tickets so I could expect to pay full price. They were incredibly helpful in trying to find things I could do or send them to try and get my fines reduced. Got the email today with a pleasant surprise that they managed to get one of my tickets dropped! I can't thank the team over there enough. First and foremost these are some of the friendliest people to deal with when a bad situation with the law arises. I retained their services a couple of times when I neglected to handle my traffic tickets which resulted into several warrants being issued for my arrest and that's a terrible burden to hold. Well here I am again with more tickets that now have warrants issued again but to make matters worse I NO LONGER RESIDE IN NEVADA. I stopped at LVTA for a walk-in because I need to take care of a speeding ticket I received in Boulder City driving on the 11. When I walked in the receptionist greeted me with a smile and assisted me immediately. She explained to me their fee for my particular ticket, which was a bit high, but they were able to reduce the ticket. They also gave me the guarantee of no points or traffic school. Overall, my experience with LVTA was better than most I've had before. Although the cost to take care of my ticket was a bit high, I did speed and I am holding myself accountable. I am a law abiding citizen and I always do my best to follow the traffic laws. The safety of drivers and pedestrians should always be a top priority when one is driving. I'm not perfect so in case I do get another ticket, I will take it to LVTA. read more

This company is amazing talked to Brianna gave her all my information as it was my first time ever getting a speeding ticket. She said that may reduce your fine being your first citation but is not guaranteed. In the end I won't have to go to court or traffic school, will get the ticket reduced and no points on my license. I talked with another company and they wouldn't give me any information at all. Told me I need to come in for a consultation and you'll get all your information then she wouldn't answer any questions. I've had a couple speeding tickets over the years that I went to a different place for, but the only real benefit that came of it was that I didn't have to go into court myself. For one of them I still had to pay the full fine, and the other I had to pay most of it AND deal with traffic school. Meanwhile, Las Vegas Ticket Authority actually follows through on the advertised benefits of getting yourself a traffic lawyer! I sent in a quick consult email to this office after being in an accident and John emailed me back promptly. He explained what they could do for my citation in plenty of detail, without the vagueness that other offices try to get away with. When I called later he recognized me from my email and took care of everything over the phone. John was patient and friendly, and he even explained the whole process of handling traffic ticket cases, so that I could rest assured that I wouldn't be in any trouble for disregarding the court date on my citation. I had a $355 ticket with traffic school that was reduced to $198 and no points nor traffic school. Got a call the next business day briefly explaining the process and an emailed receipt for my payment to them. Then they handled the ticket, got it reduced to a parking ticket and no points on my license or traffic school. Sent me an email and gave me a call to update the status. I paid the fine and everything is done. Even after paying their fee, I saved about $50 since they got the fine reduced from the original amount. Plus it doesn't get reported to insurance so I save every month by not having to pay increased premiums.
