Mood- Speeding Hey lets be honest, sometimes your in a rush, sometimes your not paying attention to the limit that is posted, and sometimes well you just like to drive at a higher pace when the road is clear of traffic- dont judge ( however this particular moment wasnt mine) Appointments are welcome walk-ins are accepted. Upon entering the doors are locked so you ring the door bell and await to be let in. There is a QR code on the table in the reception area for you to scan you check in or you can wait for the front desk staff. Interior is very clean, complimentary bottled water is given. Television was playing. There are several meeting rooms for the bigger ticket issues. Once called to the counter, you give the staff your ticket, they tell you the retainer fee for the lawyers to go to bat for you, then voile. You wait for the information that lets you know how much it is reduced to and what all is involved. However for this situation today it was simple, no points will be taken, small fee paid for something that was causing grief. Would recommend for simple things - pricing depends on what you may deem as reasonable. For us to not have points, or attend driving school, this was considered reasonable. Everything is handled via email and phone calls. Now sometimes things dont always go smooth and easy peasy - they let you know it is not guaranteed. Got the ticket back in Feb 2022. I paid $150. They said someone will get in contact with me. No one did. I texted and they said my court date is May this year. "Good morning, The court has provided us a traffic pretrial date which will be until May 8th 2023. You do NOT have to be present at this court date, the attorney goes on your behalf. The court will then indicate to us what your fine is and our office will contact you within 30 days after May 8th to let you know the amount and due date via email and a mailed letter to your address. You should expect your result letter after June 8th, if you have any additional questions feel free to give us a call at 702-666-6666" I didn't receive a letter. Scam. Don't waste time with these bozos. I got a ticket for no registration and hired these idiots to handle it. Since I registered the car immediately after, I send the office a proof of registration and paid $50 for services. Couple of months later I get a letter from Nancy Bernstein, Esq. that since I didn't provide proof of registration my fine is reduced if I show the registration to the court. This is ridiculous in itself because I sent the attorney a copy of my registration twice. However, with no other choice, I took a trip to the Henderson Municipal Court to pay the reduced fine only to learn that the full fine is due since the attorney did not provide proof of registration at the hearing. Go with "Off the Record" for your next citation, a company that will actually get your ticket dismissed and removed. All this place did was change my 9mph over ticket to illegal parking. I would have already had no points added, no insurance hike or traffic school if i wouldn't have used ticket busters. I wanted the ticket dismissed not changed to illegal parking. Still the same fine amount of $149, so i paid them 100 bucks to get it the ticket violation changed to illegal parking. Its still the same penalties as a 1-10 mph over ticket!!! Plus the commutation from this place is horrendous! I would text and it would take them DAYS to respond! It was always me reaching out to them to find the status! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! read more

This place is a joke. I've used them twice and I regret both times. It's very clear that they have an agreement with the courts. You pay them a $100 fee and then pay the full amount of your ticket. The only thing you avoid is points on your record which, let's be real, you could probably negotiate yourself if you agree to pay the full fine. I can almost guarantee that they don't even send a lawyer. They send a legal assistant with a stack of tickets. No one fights for you. My wife received a ticket which could have easily been negotiated down if they paid any attention to the reason why my wife got a ticket. Waste of time. Waste of money. Ticket Busters is a "Fraud" they will charged you $125 for nothing, they will not reduce the fine for you , even do they guarantee they will do it , if you hire them you are give away free money to this fake company. On August 2021 , I called the court for a traffic ticket, they told me the fine is $398 no points and no traffic school. Then I called ticket busters to see if they are able to reduce the fine for me , they guarantee they will do it, but the fee for there service is $125, I paid them, 3 days after I received a letter from them , saying that I have to paid to the court $398. I Tried to contact them, no one will answer my calls , I left messages no has call me back, this company is a complete FRAUD. Now I have to pay $398 plus $125 that I already paid them . read more

I emailed ticket Busters with my issue and they responded in about one hour that they would love to try and help and to stop on by their office location. I was in the neighborhood so I visited them the same day. I brought my ticket and they asked some questions (not in a office I might add - just out in the lobby with other customers being helped). The nice lady discovered this was my first ticket in the state of Nevada and did some research on my case and the court I was assigned to specifically. Turns out all I had to do was pay the $300 ticket and all points would be removed from my record. No driving school. She said that the court I was assigned to never lowered their fees and the fact that everything would be removed from my record with just the fine was a good deal and they couldn't do much else to help. If I wanted to, I could have paid them to go to court for me instead of me going myself. That was nice but I declined. Ticket Busters helped me understand my ticket and didn't charge me anything! They didn't try to scam me into some unneeded help and it was quick and simple. Deceitful and did absolutely nothing except give me politician answers. More specifically I paid a $150.00 retainer fee for them to handle my civil violation ticket. I continued to see that on the court website, there was no party attorney listed. I would email their office and while they did respond, it was a "everything is fine, don't worry" response, we are going to court for you. Well that was not the case as upon contacting the court just one week before the court date, the court told me they had no record of Ticketbusters attorney being listed as representing me, and the court offered to me to pay the ticket in full and there would be no points. I contacted Ticketbusters yet again and was told "oh the court takes a while to update". Then I called them again the following day and was told that "the alleged deal that they got me was to pay the fine in full and traffic school, which was exactly what the court offered me without representation. At this point I knew they had did absolutely nothing and despite their assurance that I would be sent a letter on their letterhead, I knew that too was a lie. I personally went to the court on the day the ticket was supposed to be paid and was told there was no traffic school needed and just to pay the fine in full and no points and the case would be closed. The court once again checked its system and there was no record of any attorney representing me. Hmmm and less then 5 minutes after I paid the ticket, the court website reflected that the case was closed. I must say I did all of the work and Ticketbusters accepted payment and absolutely dropped the ball. Thankfully I demanded a refund of the fee paid for lack of services and got it. However had I known that they would fail to uphold their own agreement, I could have saved myself a lot of time and stress and handled it myself shortly after I received the ticket. My overall experience was a good one. The main goals were obtained... I have no points, I do not have to do traffic school and I did not have to step foot in court. From my first phone call I was pleased with the customer service. They were friendly and answered my questions. I would have enjoyed to receive a little more insight when it came to my new court date. The email that was sent to me simply said "Please be informed that the court scheduled your next court date". This wasn't clear to me why I had another court date. More explanation would have been greatly appreciated. Do they push out red light tickets or did they not have time to get to all court issues that day? Hm. In the end I paid $120 for the Ticket Busters fee and my court/ticket fine was $258. The court fine seemed a bit high but I have nothing to compare it to. I do not know what the fine would have been if I were to have handled it on my own. In all, my total for "running" a red light was $378. Ouch. All in all, mostly pleased as this wasn't a big ordeal and it was handled in timely manner and I can put this accident behind me. read more
