If you're looking for something FREE and CHEAP for salon services, come to this spot! It's by students doing your haircut, nails, highlights, all of it for free or at a cheap cost. Men's haircut is free! I was in contact with Frida, a student at this program to do my hair for partial, only costing me $60. The experience was great, my hair came out perfectly blonde, it was smooth. The salon is huge! It's very clean, and staff are very friendly. I really loved how Frida was very caring and detailed-oriented, it made my experience so much better. I'd highly recommend booking an appointment online!

In my experience, I did not receive the full program that was originally described to me during enrollment. As I reached the end of my training, there were areas of the curriculum that were not provided in hands-on practice. When I asked about completing those sections, I was informed there was no time remaining and that I would need to finish the program as it was. This made the experience feel incomplete and frustrating, especially for a vocational program where practical training is essential. I recommend researching carefully, asking for specifics in writing, and making sure the program truly aligns with your expectations before making a commitment.

My younger son had been enrolled for about six months and had missed a couple of classes. We spoke with the young man at the front desk, who scheduled us for a makeup lesson. We arrived as instructed, my son got into the pool, and then the owner came over, pulled him out of the water in front of all the other parents and children, and told us he could not participate. I explained that we were only there because one of her employees had scheduled the makeup class. Instead of acknowledging the miscommunication or trying to find a solution, her response was simply, "I'm sorry you feel that way." What bothered me most wasn't that there was a policy--it was how the situation was handled. This was our final class, yet there was no empathy, no attempt to take ownership of the mistake, and no effort to handle the conversation privately. Instead, I was spoken to in a loud, confrontational manner in front of everyone. My children were there, all the other parents and swimmers were watching, and it was incredibly embarrassing for our family. The owner explained that makeup classes cannot carry over into another session. However, we had never been told that during the years we've attended the school, and we had actually completed another makeup class earlier that same week. The inconsistency only added to the frustration. Mistakes happen, and I understand that policies exist. What matters is how a business treats its customers when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism, the public confrontation, and the unwillingness to acknowledge the miscommunication left such a negative impression that we've decided not to return. I hope this feedback encourages the school to handle future situations with more empathy, consistency, and respect for both parents and children.
