Nevera is my favorite spot to get a protein shake. You can add creatine or energy to it and many other things. My #1 drink is the Peanut Butter Banana with Creatine and Honey. Never, never had this issue with my drink, but today it seems like they blended the cleaning sponge with my drink because there was alot of white fibers in my drink!!!! Not pleasant! For the record I don't usually post reviews unless I'm really displeased. I also don't run into a juice bar I don't like, so this was shocking. For whatever reason they don't offer honey on all their açaí bowls. So she wanted to charge me extra. Very dumb, but fine. So I start drinking my green juice first. I sucked up an ice chunk. So is this a smoothie? Because I ordered juice and why would a juice bar put ice in juice? Fine whatever they probably cutting down on costs. So then I open my açaí bowl, the entire top is filled with dried sugary coconut. Is this suppose to be healthy? So I scraped it off and tried to enjoy my bowl but the whole thing just taste like sugar, the granola and even bananas I questioned. The owner Ricky, reached out and we got in contact regarding my previous experience- he gave me credit to come back and suggested the digestion detox since I enjoy more on the sweet side. I ordered that and also the citrus ginger- I added fat burner to both and kiwi to the citrus ginger. Both were really good! I highly recommend asking for suggestions tailored to your liking! Great customer service! Sadly when we were there the whole block lost power and one out of three of our smoothies wasn't able to be made. However, the friendly staff offered us our choice of fruit bowl instead. Smoothies were awesome, not too thick and great flavor. The bionico was also great. Monthly visit we found a spot right in front and after much thought with the Corona and everything. I was like F* it, I'm going in!! There was 2 customers, then my family of 4. We tried to keep our distance. More people started walking in. Sign at door said 7, I believe but at that moment there was 11. No employee acknowledged it or took control of situations. The establishment needs some better signs.. I walked out to wait with kids inside because this spot is busy!!! Lots of foot traffic. The drinks!!!!! I've ordered from here several times. The food is good, however the service isn't great. Giovani, the manager I'm assuming, was contacted when I ordered a kale salad and added a juice to the meal but didn't receive it with my Uber eats order. He told me to order again and just tell the drivers to mention his name to get my juice. Twice now I haven't received the juice. Today, Sunday May 28th, I ordered again and tried to call to speak to someone to advise them of Giovani and get the juice. I was put on hold for 10 minutes so I hung up and tried to call back and it just kept ringing. I had a super great driver actually follow through and request the juice, he called me, and at first, the driver told me she (probably referring to the woman who works Sundays that other yelpers complained about) said I would have to call before... when he told the woman that I did call and was on hold or the phone kept ringing, she changed her story and said I had to come in only. When the driver mentioned Giovani I literally heard her say "Well, he's not here so..." To the owner: you said in previous responses you would speak to your team and it seems this woman is hell bent on saving you $3.50 to be rude and unaccommodating to your regular customers and undermine your management. I think you should talk to your staff, not just say you'll do something on Yelp. 2 stars. read more

I actually enjoy the location. The first time I came, the male food server was excellent . We got our drinks quickly and food without incident. Delicious , the variety of papaya almond berries, ect, were insanely good. The wrap, very good, the croissant yummy, but the chia and fruit was subpar. Parking is ample and easy to find and maneuver. The location is clean and well organized. Prices and food labels are easy to read and well marked. The reason I gave this place a 3 and not 4. One, no seating inside, and small space for people to wait in. Second, maybe too many varieties of drinks, but the more the merrier? Lastly, after arriving and going over the order 3x, we waited 30 mins to get 2 drinks and 3 simple food choices. The first time here, it took the server 10-15 min for the same order. This time 30min, and were served after 7 people came after us and received their order before ours ??? And to top it off, we were missing a croissant. My mistake was that I should have printed a receipt, and I didn't. However, we did go over the order 3x... so I was frustrated with the wait, the people being served before me, and lastly, not being treated with some type of empathy . Beyond that, the food is great, the drinks are great, and I would have to agree that the associates are fairly good at their duties. Oh, at least outside there are seats for dining. read more
