My perfect build-your-own bowl - Acai and mango base, granola, and allll the fruits

TL;DR: this is THE best place to get an acai bowl in the area. No limits on toppings, delicious and fresh ingredients, cordial and prompt service. Writing this review because after being sorely disappointed from another acai bowl, this perfect bowl was soooooo satisfying. I like that they layer in the granola on the bottom and the top, because it acts as an insulator that helps keep the bowl frozen longer! The fruit was ripe and sweet, the honey and agave drizzled on top of all types of coconut (raw, sweetened, toasted, shredded), and bee pollen. The service is polite, friendly, and efficient. The spot is small but looks modern and clean. Parking lot is a bit chaotic, but it's in a plaza so you can park on the other side that has lots of space and walk over!

This place is long overdue for a 5 star review! I've been going to Acai Joint for the past few years and each time has always been a 10/10 in terms of product quality and service. You can't go wrong with either a build-your-own açai bowl or smoothie (personal fav either the Cloud 9 or Zendaya's Smoothie -- I can't pick hehe!). Also a plus with the free whey protein boost when you want to hit your macros for the day! Presentation is also very aesthetic so if you love taking food pics as much as I do, you'll never be disappointed here . The staff here are also very friendly so I always feel welcomed to mix up my bowls :)

I can't say enough good things about this spot! The employees are always so welcoming and friendly. Me and my partner are regulars, and we always get our Legendberry smoothies sometimes daily, and every time they're consistently amazing. I want to give a huge shoutout out to Michael and Jason for always going above and beyond to make the visit extra special. I'm even glad I got to meet the owner Almon and let him know he's got a great team and he was so kind to take a second to hear my feedback. Thanks so much for making us always feel at home.

Acai Joint I stopped by here for a great refresher snack and ended up getting the large og bowl. It comes loaded with acai, honey almond granola, chia pudding, banana, strawberry, cocoa chip, coconut shred, almond, hemp seed, and agave. Everything tasted super fresh and the combination of the crunchy granola with the chia pudding made for a really good texture throughout. The service was both good and fast, which made the whole experience very efficient. It's definitely a solid choice if you want something light but filling. Friendly and immediate greeting when you walk in. Good amount of lot parking. And small cute and cozy and busy inside ! Wish I lived closer to take parking the rewards sign up lol but I got my order for under $20 Small bowl and small smoothie. I RECOMMEND!!

Built a bowl with acai, chia pudding, banana, strawberry, cacao nibs, nuts, and peanut butter. Is it a meal or a mood board? Yes. Smoothies are my immune system's PR team. I was craving some acai and this place definitely cured it. There were a variety of options for toppings like golgi berries, hemp seeds, and a variety of fruits. The small size is perfect for a single person and a medium would be lovely to share with someone! The staff were nice and there are areas to sit down. The tables were a little sticky, nonetheless it was a fun experience and would come here again in the SGV.

I LOVE ACAI AND THIS PLACE WAS SO YUM this is my first time leaving a review but I assure u that this is not my first time coming here. this is my goto acai place in the 626 area. whenever I get the acai cravings (which i tell u, I get it often) I immediately come running to acai joint. acai joint always does my order right. love that they are not skimpy on the toppings. ingredients are also always so fresh and yummy. definitely such a yummy meal for the summer.

A go-to spot whenever I'm craving a simple acai bowl. You have a choice of getting a low sugar acai, which I recommend. I'm not sure how much the difference is, but I wouldn't have been able to tell it had less sugar than any other acai I've had. The don't have a huge variety of toppings, but it still satisfies my cravings! The servers are very nice as well, and seating is never a problem. It is a small spot, but it is never packed during the times I've been.

Love this place for smoothies in the 626 area. Food (5/5) - My favorite drink from them is their Cloud 9 smoothie. The coconut base is so good, so thick, and the drink itself is really nice and refreshing. Not too sweet, but so flavorful and you can definitely taste the coconut. The portion is also really big, and the drink is really thick and creamy. My bf got their sleepin' beauty and said it tastes like the Hailey Bieber smoothie from Erewhon. Service (5/5) - The staff is nice, and the service is quick. It's usually not too packed whenever I come, so I'm able to order and go within 10 minutes. This store is located in a plaza, so there's convenient free parking just right outside the store. Ambiance (5/5) - The store itself is nice, spacious and has some indoor seating. They make the smoothie/acai bowls in front of you, so you can see all the ingredients displayed out. Definitely recommend coming here if you are craving some good smoothies. They have multiple locations, and I'm sure they are all just as good as this one.

Found this place on Yelp as I was in the area looking for Acai. Once you walk in the ordering station is on your left. They have selections of bowls and smoothies to choose from. I was looking for a juiced drink & unfortunately they do not carry that. I ordered an OG bowl and opted for the mango smoothie. The OG bowl has your typical Acai taste. You get the Acai, the fruit taste, & the nuts. The mango smoothie had very little taste of mango. On my first sip I got a strong taste of banana. I kept sipping, same thing. I mixed my drink & didnt get much mango taste, however I tasted the other fruits in there. Service was good. The lady taking my order was friendly. They had cool wall decor for you to take pictures. There are also seats for you to sit & enjoy your bowl / drink.

Acai Joint Rosemead never disappoints! Their customer service here is honestly one of the best. The staffs are always so attentive and welcoming. Every bowl I've gotten always looks aesthetic and delicious. The atmosphere is also really nice and cozy, and the shop always feels clean! They make their almond butter in house and taste AMAZING. Highly recommend this spot if you want good quality acai bowls and great service! read more

My go-to Acai place in LA county! Pros: - Impeccable service. Order online for even faster grab and go! - Place is small but clean and the ingredients are always fresh. They also have smoothies that looks pretty bomb, but I just always end up getting their acai bowl.. - Parking is a breeze since it's in a town center. Cons: - It's crazy far from me now.. This is my favorite spot for acai bowls, hands down. They have a very easy online ordering system, and if it's not busy; they have your order done within minutes. Their bowls have 3 sizes to choose from, and all are generous with their portions. They have a lot of toppings for you to choose from, or you can select one of their premade options. The workers are always nice, polite, and courteous. What especially stands out to me is their customer satisfaction. I ordered a medium bowl once to-go, and opened the bag to find a small bowl instead. I emailed them and they were very prompt and apologetic and gave me a coupon. This kind of service has made me a loyal patron whenever I crave açaí! read more

I am writing to share my disappointment regarding a recent visit to the Acai joint in Rosemead on 07/07/26 I arrived first and placed an order for a "Cloud 9" drink with a staff member named Kimberly. After taking my order, Kimberly proceeded to take and prepare the order for the customer who arrived after me. She told me her name is Kimberly. When I politely asked why my order was not being prioritized despite my having arrived first, Kimberly simply stated they only had two workers on duty. She did not offer an explanation for the skip in service, nor did she offer an apology. Furthermore, I noticed that Kimberly and the customer behind me were speaking in Spanish to one another. Being disregarded in favor of a customer who appeared to share a cultural or linguistic background with the staff member, without any professional acknowledgment of the delay, made me feel that I was being treated unfairly based on my background. Because my question was essentially ignored and no apology was offered, I felt unwelcome and eventually left the store in frustration. I value professional and equitable service. I hope you will review this interaction with your team to ensure that all customers are treated with the same level of priority and courtesy, regardless of who they are or what language they speak. read more

One of the few places that doesn't sacrifice quality and affordability. Similar to the Erewhon Smoothies, you can't beat how affordable Acai Joint is (smoothies under $10). The smoothies have a nice thick, creamy consistency and they offer free whey protein. So far I have tried: Sleepig Beauty, Cloud 9, Zendaya's smoothie, and Peanut Butter Cinnamon-- all huge hits! Previously, they used to serve the smoothies with a dome lid filled to the top, but my recent visit they changed to a flat lid so you get less. Ordering online is seamless, and fast! My order is typically ready within 10 minutes and service has consistently been friendly each visit. The only issue is that parking can be a hassle as they share a small parking lot with the surrounding businesses + its located on a main street so its hard to get out.. all worthwhile for how delicious their smoothies are :) read more

It was my first time trying this place. I walked in and was greeted right away, a very welcoming vibe. There were so many flavor options and some I have never tried. The staff was kind enough to let me sample a couple of toppings, which really helped me decide. I ended up ordering the Warrior Bowl with a few of my own customization and it was pretty good. Definitely a spot I'll come back to when I'm craving a refreshing treat. :) read more

Been to many acai places, but this place takes the cake!! I recommend this place to all my friends and I never had one friend tell me that they didn't like it. I'm glad they opened one here in Rosemead and Arcadia bc it's definitely closer to me now (used to go to the Baldwin location). The açaí here isn't as tangy or too sweet like other places, honestly the acai taste is perfect. This place was the first place that I had acai with the cacao nibs (little crunches in every bite ) and that was a game changer for me. I always go with the OG bowl, no coconut (not really a fan in general), and add blueberries. Of course you can't forget the almon butter! Inside is clean, staff is great, owner is a chill dude as well! read more

I got the Zendaya smoothie and it was very refreshing on a hot day. It has strawberries, pineapples, and coconut. They are located in a plaza on the corner so they have parking. It's a small place with some tables and window seating. The workers behind the counter were nice and answered the questions that we had. read more

I've became quite the smoothie connoisseur over the past years. From trying boba-shop smoothies to Erewhon's and Tropical Smoothies, this place is the best by far. Can't ever go wrong with the Zendaya smoothie. It's made with strawberry and pineapple and the cup is lined with coconut base. Something about the combo just goes sooo well together, I have to stop myself from licking the cup clean I love that they have protein and collagen add-ons for those that want to get their daily intake in. The staff are always super kind and personable which truly adds to the overall experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good acai or smoothie fix. This is my go-to açaí bowl place. I love their açaí bowls! They have a wide selection where they have premade bowls or you can make your own bowl. Hrach made an amazing bowl today. He was generous with the bases and toppings and so kind and friendly on top of the elite bowl he built. I had time today, so I enjoyed my açaí bowl at the window seat and got to listen to their K-pop music and watch an Asian lady in a Juicy Couture tracksuit park her Mercedes in Dr. Ruiz's parking spot. What do I say first... their acai bowls are one of if not THE BEST bowls I've ever tried, and I've experimented with many in my life. The fresh ingredients and surplus of assorted toppings are only the start of why it's so good. Their amazing hospitality makes me feel like I'm home whenever I walk in, the staff is super friendly and very helpful. The place itself is also very homey, I can literally stay in all day if I had the chance, it's a great place to chill or study. I usually make a custom bowl whenever I come in, but if I need a quick fix the OG bowl is the way to go. If I'm feeling a smoothie, the Cloud 9 hits the spot EVERY time. Eating here feels somewhat cleaner than eating at other places like Jamba Juice, Vitacane, Nektar, etc.. Not sure why but the base just tastes more like gelato than creamy like other places. It's like chipotle for acai bowls! You can pick whatever you want as toppings. The awesome part is that most of them are super tasty and healthy. The açaí base was a bit too sweet for my taste, so next time I'll go with the lite version (which I love that they offer as an option). The staff were very friendly. The employee that serviced me was very friendly and made my bowl in a timely manner. Dawn was tasked with making the 4 bowls that I ordered and did so quickly and accurately. The beautiful aesthetic of the fruits alongside the granola and chia seeds was incomparable to any other açaí bowl place that I have been to. The fruits were freshly cut and nicely complemented the matcha base and resulted in a very tasty and healthy treat! I've been to a few different açaí places in the SGV, but this place is my favorite hands down! It's a great way to treat yourself after a long day or even just as a quick mea. The workers are friendly and attentive so if you're not sure what to get (so many options with unlimited toppings) they'll help you out! If you're not feeling an açaí bowl then they have smoothies too. I had the legend berry smoothie and it's my go to whenever I want something quick and on the go! read more

Had such a great experience at Acai Joint Rosemead! The employees were super welcoming and friendly. My son accidentally spilled his acai bowl and one of the employees came over to help. She cleaned everything up and was sweet about the situation. We ordered acai bowls with the almond butter and everything tasted fresh. The environment was also really clean and aesthetic. I tried the OG Açaí bowl, the fruits are so fresh and the mix of shredded coconut and cocoa chips made the smell so great . The store is clean and nice also has plenty of parking which very easy to access. The employees are warm and have a great service mind. If you are a fan of yummy threat (healthy is a plus). You really should stop by Acai Joint and you will be happy! read more

I love getting acai bowls from Acai Joint. It's my go to acai place but the last time I went I found a piece of hair stuck on the banana slices which grossed me out. Not sure if I'd continue getting acai from here again. read more
