When I arrived, I went to the back, but this was the self serve pickup. Being totally confused, I asked an associate, I gave her my order number and she says, I don't think it's filled yet after checking and there being no record of the orders. I wound up leaving, then because I didn't want to come back, I downloaded the app and noticed one of my orders, the most recently placed one was canceled, due to the item being out of stock. I came back in, asked an associate about the order my dad placed. Come to find out one of the items in his order, the one that was for pickup was also canceled due to lack of inventory. I wish Kohls would do a better job of making sure items are in stock before allowing you to pay, and then saying your order is good to go.

The other cashier didn't look up or even try to help the other cashier. I finally asked her if they cared about customer service as 8 of us were waiting to be helped. She said sorry without looking up and kept on doing whatever she was doing. A few minutes later a mgr opened a register and rang me up. Absolutely unacceptable poor customer service!
