She tried to fix it a second time and made it even worse by burning the front of my hair off the third time they tried to fix it, they died my hair, dark, dark brown to cover the orange they created now I'm stuck with burnt brown hair that I have to coat with coconut oil on a daily basis. She asked how she could help, I told her we were there to look for a prom dress, and she told me that they are a "high end store" and unless I'm willing to spend a lot of money, there was no point in me even looking.
