This is a fairly sophisticated store in the mall full of trashy teenager stores. Good selection of clothing. Nice choice of design brands. Occasional sales. They also sell sunglasses, I had no idea. Helpful and friendly staff. No lines ever as far as I have seen. Everyone inside was nice. The store is very clean! Online sales make it easy to get what you want. read more

These stores come down to cleanliness, organization, and customer service. This Dillard's has it all. I shop at this one all the time and I always have a pleasant experience. No matter what department I'm in, there are always adequate employees available to assist me. I never have to go out of my way to look for an associate. i've always received friendly service from knowledgeable employees. I love Dillard's shoe department. Yes, they tend to cost quite a bit more that what you'll find at more shoe stores, but they are of excellent quality. They last for years and years. You get what you pay for. They also carry Coach shoes which I'm quite fond of. I'm happy to say Dillard's now has a selection of Michael Kors bags. I know we have a designated store at the Town Centre now, but sometimes I'm just not in the mood to drive all the way out there. The selection at Dillard's is nowhere as extensive as it is at the Flagship store, but it is a decent selection. Dillard's also has great sales on their clothes. I usually buy my winter clothes at the beginning of summer and my summer clothes at the beginning of winter. I have literally purchased $60 tops for $5. So keep an eye out for those sales! read more

Mr. Don Bernard, the business manager of men's suits, was amazing! I went in with my daughter and her boyfriend looking for suits for prom and he was so patient and nice! He was hands on and very helpful! He worked directly with my daughter and her boyfriend showing them so much respect that isn't usually shown to teenagers. I wanted to let them speak to him so that they could convey their wishes and dreams for their prom. She even had her gown so that they could match. He measured my daughter's boyfriend and guided them through the process, even sharing his experience with his own son. He perfectly combined professionalism with relatability and guidance. He answered all of their questions and made them feel confident in their selections. He was also honest and didn't try to sell them on items that the store didn't have. They couldn't find a perfect shade of pink for his shirt so instead of trying to convince them to buy another top, he suggested that they purchase the suit from Dillard's and then seek the top elsewhere, even going out of his way to make suggestions. This gave me even greater confidence in Dillard's as a brand. I couldn't have been more pleased with my shopping experience !!! read more

Shopped here a for some dress clothes for work in the men's dress clothing department a week or so ago and the employee that had a name that was a number on his name tag (Roman numerals) went the extra mile. I bought a white dress shirt and didn't realize it was a cuff links shirt, and he made sure to ask me was that the style shirt that I wanted (which it wasn't), and quickly found me the right one (regular buttons) and checked me out. I came back today to return one of the ties I bought just because I had another that looked just like it, and same employee was there and handled the return quickly, and told about a cool thing about that particular tie being handmade in Italy and showed me where the manufacturer hand wrote in the number they made in the world and which one that was. This is the kind of attention to detail that is a nice surprise. read more

this is based on my most recent experience...today. I was in the store this afternoon. there were 2 women in the same section (they were together) and one went into the dressing room;I assume to try on clothes. I was looking for a pair of pants and went to ask the associate a question. i was told "I dont have time to help you". keep in mind, this associate was no where to be seen as I searched for help prior to our interaction. okay...thank you, I went to JCP and the associate had time to help me while she was working with two other people. They were able to help me find something similar to what I was looking for. next time, I'll go to the Dillards by the town center, they are more willing to help people, but thank goodness JCP was there. I really needed to procure at least 2 suite pants today. read more

I've gotta say, we had the absolute BEST experience ever shopping for a formal dress tonight. We've been down this road so many times at so very many stores and boutiques with two teenage girls over the last 5 years, but tonight at the Orange Park Dillard's we experience the absolute best customer service I've had (probably anywhere!!!). This young lady, Kasey, treated us like a mother of a bride and bride to be!! She was attentive, assertive, honest, social(!!), charming, adorable too and gushed over my toddler who would've rather been at a park than watching her sister try on gown and gown. We've had many "ghosting" instances at this location and always end up at the Avenues but not tonight-- tonight Kasey won us over and she found the PERFECT yellow dress for my daughters high school pageant. This employee was completely out of character from our years of experience with this location and I am so glad she was there to help! She was wonderful! read more

This is a pretty good store.... It's very clean... The store is organized and well stocked.... They often have great sales throughout the store. The customer service is excellent.... The associates are very knowledgeable of the items in their departments... This store is wonderful and we've yet to have a bad experience here. read more

My daughter was looking for a dress online and wanted me to call Dillard's to see if they had it in stock. Stephanie in the Juniors Dept. went out of her way to help me look for it and something similar when she couldn't find it. My daughter is going to go look at this week. Wasn't pleased with the men & women's selection at this location. Felt the styles and quality of the selection available was not equal to the avenues or town center locations. The staff is friendly and helpful though. Dillards needs to seriously consider an expansion due to the area growing and the demographics in the Fleming island area. People have higher expectations of the clothing and shoes that should be available. The shoe section is extremely limited as well. read more
