Everytime I pop into Nike at the outlets, I feel overwhelmed. I'm not sure if it's because the store is normally packed to the gills, there are a lot of options, or what. We headed her to look for some sneakers for my kiddo. We headed straight back to the kids department to look at sneakers. I will say, they didn't have a ton of options for kids. Many of their sizes were out. They had some decent sales, but their prices seemed high. I tend to shop online and noticed many of the sneakers they had in stock were cheaper online versus in the store. Lots of selection of clothes here, and a few clearance racks too. The change room was clean. The staff here seem very low key and not that friendly. Perhaps they just aren't happy there. Hubby and I both love Nike. They are the only running shoes either of us wear. There are plenty here, but none I saw at Outlet prices. I can get better deals on Nike shoes at Rack Room Shoes where you buy one pair and get the second for half off. The prices here are regular prices. I thought I would at least find a deal on Nike socks. Hubby is in need of new socks and he's a snob about those too; he'll only wear Nike. Regular prices on those as well. Ridiculous. I should have purchased them last week at Finish Line in the Orange Park Mall because they had them on sale for buy one pack and get the second pack for half off. The store is very large and they have numerous clothing items as well. Again, at regular prices. Don't come here expecting a bargain and you'll be ok. read more

What can I say? Your standard factory outlet store. Nike has a few consistent deals here. It's always crowded, but the employees are not phased, and customer service is great from the cashiers! From what I've seen, the store is clean and there aren't many things out of place. The prices and small amount of inventory for kids (small girls) are why I gave 3 stars. I'll be back though, I can always get shirts here cheaper than in other stores. Mens shirts T-shirts 2/$30 and kids $12.99 each (basically 2/$25.) That's a pretty good deal seeing as I can wear an XL kids shirt, so it saves me a couple dollars. Lines are always long, but they move really fast. read more

I was mailed some tennis as a gift but they were the wrong size. It was my intentions to exchange them but they were not available at this location (Gainesville, FL). The only cashier was very pleasant. She gave me a few options so I chose to return them and do a online purchase. She took care of everything for me! There are great deals here on a small number of items. There rest of the store has everyday prices, and I think is more of a regular Nike store than an actual outlet store. I am a big fan of Nike running wear, and while I could find the shirts and socks a good prices, the shorts I like were actually more expensive than on Nike.com. I saved enough that it was worth the stop, and if I needed anything Nike, this would be the place to go to find it, other than online. read more

Great selection of apparel and shoes for almost any sport for men, women and children. They had large quantities of every size and color and I was very happy with my purchases. I know these products are manufactured in 3rd world countries and probably cost about 1% of what we pay. But we do pay a nice price; so please fold my newly purchased garments before throwing them into the bag. 1 star off for crumpling all of my new merchandise before I even had a chance to wear it. read more

Sadly, the hubs has a small foot (7.5), so finding shoes can be difficult. Came here in search of shoes to replace his shoes with shock absorbers. He's on his feet all day & these have been perfect for him. They don't have them anymore...no bueno. He was able to find a pair that fit. Hopefully they will keep his feet happy all day! I go here at least once a week. This is a great outlet, as I have been to pretty much all the others located through out the state. I will say make sure to do the survey on the receipt, and 5 off your next purchase is the way to go! My tip for this place it to shop the back wall for shoes. Holiday time so yes, the store was crowded. The associates were busy picking up and keeping the store somewhat neat and organized. However, the fact that the store was packed didn't stop an associate I caught to help me with my son's sneaker sizing. He was on his way woth a rack full of items. I called to him and he stopped, answered and offered advice on sizing and shoe type and brand fitting. I knew he was already busy so I let him continue in with what he was doing after a few minutes but was happy he was able to help. The clothing area is small,and most the clothing appears to be close to regular price. Money will be saved in the shoe section though. read more

You could have fooled me that this was an outlet store. I didn't see much of any deals off of retail here. Often you see older stiles at an outlet, offered at a discount or markdown. There was not much of that to be found here at this Nike "outlet". They do have a large shoe selection. A fair amount of clothing... But not much in my size (not skinny) (but not fat). My tip is that it seems most of the "deals" are located to the middle of store just as you enter. read more

An employee approached me as I was walking up to the women's shoe area and asked if I needed help. I told him that I was just browsing. He then asked me what size I was. After I told him he waved for me to follow him and took me to a pair of shoes and asked what I thought of them. No asking what kind of shoe I was looking for. No asking what colors first. I told him I didn't care for them and preferred just to browse. He then asked what my favorite color was. Once I replied he took me to a pair of that other and asked what I thought of those. I responded that I really would prefer to just browse. I really feel like if a customer states they are browsing that employees should give them space to do so. Kayla Rodriguez was the worst manager I've ever had in my professional life. She was constantly curt, didn't seem to understand my concerns, and when I would bring up my hesitations about doing certain parts of my job which inhibited my ability to provide customer service, she would just say 'that's your job' without even considering that I was the main person doing the part of the job no one wanted to do. She was completely disrespectful, a terrible manager, and I give her zero stars. Discounts were good, staff was awful. read more

The place was a lot smaller than expected. Their footwear section is massive but the clothing section is pretty tiny compared to other stores. Men's section is a bit bigger than women's -- but both lack an array of product selections. The 6? unisex fitting rooms can also get pretty crowded.
