Just left. We walked in and stood around for 10 min with no acknowledgment. Even when the employee walked by...twice. No, I'll be with you in a minute or at the very least, "Hello". Nothing. My husband was prepared to spend $200 on shoes and we ended up just leaving. Super disappointing since we read the reviews before going about the great service. All it would have taken was a hello. I want to start with telling you if you have problems with your feet or lower back this is the place to go for the RIGHT shoes. They cost $$$ but well worth it! With so many independent shoe stores going the way of the dodo leaving people with the only option being Walmart or Target, having a standalone store that specializes and focuses on not just shoes but also personal comfort is a Godsend. My wife has specific needs when it comes to shoes that are comfortable and don't hurt her feet, and so far this is the only store that takes care of those needs, again compared to big box stores that don't specialize in footwear. The store is always clean and the shelves always have product on them to show off the various offerings they have so that the customer is never left wondering what they have. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, and have no issue going into the back of the store to find things in stock that aren't in the front so that you get the ability to try other things, such as older models still in stock. If you're in need of great service while trying to get comfortable shoes for your needs, this is a high recommend from me. read more

The employees went out of there way to make sure my family and I was measured properly and put in the correct shoes. They live up to everything the commercial shows. I have lived in Rogers my whole life and I just visited this store for the first time. Crazy I know! I was very pleased with the customer service. According to my receipt, Jeremy was our guy. (Sorry I know you must've said your name but I walked in with 3 wild kiddos.) While I was chasing my toddler, Jeremy was very nice and was helping my oldest (6yr old) try on a few pairs of shoes. I am very thankful that he was very kind to my son. People that are great with kids will always get a great review from me! The selection of shoes, however, was not what I expected. I was looking to buy my toddler some shoes as well however they don't carry many infant or toddler shoes at all. I expected to have many options and I was a little disappointed. Great service and the semi-custom insoles saved my aching feet. I used to have a 4-6 hour max with just about any shoes and have been working on my feet a lot on a brick surface at out doggie daycare. My heels were starting to really hurt resulting in a limp. A fiend told me about the NB insoles and machine that you step on that indicates which one of 5 or so that would help you. Wow! One day later I was back to walking normally and 2 days later:pain free. My hips and back feel better, too. Best part is I can wear my existing shoes/boots. Thanks New Balance! My feet have never been the same. I was very overweight, and had a ton of foot/leg issues because of my weight. I went into N.B. and they first fit me for custom orthodox. I was sceptical, but after getting them in and wearing them for a few days, my feet and legs, and lower back feel so much better. This has allowed me to lose almost 100lbs. through exercise/diet. I am grateful for their knowledge and assistance in getting me in a shoe that was actually right for me. They also have special ordered me a few different styles that they don't carry in house. I will be back, and unless given another pair of athletic shoes, I will be purchasing all of mine here. read more

I am a 62 year old woman with a shoe size of 6EEEE.Needless to say shoes never fit me, I have worn men's size 8 wide for most of my adult life to just keep from being barefoot! I now have owned 2 pair of shoes that fit my feet! It's like heaven. The gentleman on duty when I went to their store in January '17 was so kind and took such good care to get a good fit. This store is 800 miles from my home in Tennessee, but I will buy shoes there every time I visit my daughter in Arkansas! Since moving to NWA I have attempted several locations in finding the shoes and apparel needed for my type of running and workouts. I found a shoe online that I wanted to try out, but no stores carried in stock. I decided to go into the New Balance store because of what I've heard of the great customer service and expertise. After explaining my situation, I was fitted and they happily accepted to ordering the shoe; letting me know it would take around a week to come in. I received a phone call that following week letting me know the shoe was in and when I went to pick it up the manager personally ensured I was happy . This was one of the most enjoyable and knowledgeable experiences I have had fitting and ordering shoes. The customer service was bar non the best I have ever experienced and I am now a devoted customer to them for life. All of the employees were friendly and they worked as a team. I used to think the store really focused on customer service and really cared about getting me in the right shoe. What they really care about was selling me the shoes they have in stock. They flat out lie and only try to sell you the shoes they have there. My first purchase I was told that a green pair of shoes was only made in that color for that model. So I bought them but when I got how I saw that the new balance website had 2 other colors, the store only had green ones and they wanted me to buy those, so they lied about the shoe only coming in that green color. My last visit was a week ago and I thought they were providing me with good customer service I tried 3 to 4 different types of shoes but the only ones that worked with my gate were not available in half sizes, at least that is what they told me. When I told them I didn't like the baby blue color they had to order me a white and black pair. A few days went by and the size 13 shoes were way to big, I returned them after a long argument with one of the sales rep, they argued that they don't make a 12.5 in that shoe. They also argued that I should have known a 13 was not going to fit even if the rep said they run "small" because of the cushioning. They finally returned my money, I went home popped on Amazon and what do you know a size 12.5 in the width and color I wanted, lied again by their deceiving customer service. I will never buy a pair of shoes from that new balance store again!!!! read more
