Before the new ownership, it was an intimate experience. The pharmacists knew everyone who walked in that door. They made sure we were satisfied with our medications. They always knew all of our prescriptions. They would call or text when prescriptions were ready for pickup, they always had prescriptions on file; there was NEVER a time they didn't have a prescription. Now, it's unorganized. The pharmacists never call or text when a prescription is ready. Sometimes you call and ask if prescriptions are ready and they ask you "which ones?". Shouldn't they know what we need? We are regulars. It's the same ones all the time. We are so disappointed in the service and the dynamic of Jonathan's. They play trashy music, which isn't appealing. The pharmacists don't greet when we come in. No smiles. If Jonathan knew about how it's ran today he would be SO disappointed. I wish he never retired. He knows how to run a business. So many sketchy people walk into this Walgreens unfortunately. On another occasion, we waited for like 30 minutes just for it to be our turn in line at the pharmacy. After waiting to be seen, we gave them our prescription and they said it would be a while for the order to be ready and that they would text us when it's ready.
