Their kinder in a stressful pandemic situation than others were outside a pandemic. Unfortunately Zac is at another location now and Vanessa floats to different locations. Fortunately Elizabeth is still there... for now. The location is good about Covid safety. They are now by appointment only so you're in the office with no more than 1 other person. You only walk in once you get the text to go in after you check in on your phone. They check your temp when you walk in, not that that helps asymptomatic cases, but they can only do what they can. They have Purell hand sanitizers, not the cheap dollar store Assured brand a doctors office had that was FDA recalled for methanol! So glad I slathered that baby on all over :/

Once was on a Sunday in the afternoon and the other time was on a weekday at 7 am right when they opened. You make the appointment online which is pretty straightforward. You can cancel too online if need-be. The parking lot (Nicolai's by 24-hour fitness) wasn't packed and the employees kept us organized and informed on what to do and where to drive. Our testers were quick and professional. The first time (weekend) we got our results via email within 20 minutes. The second time (weekday) it took close to two hours. Highly recommend. I was nervous about my test, but it was super easy and organized.

I was nervous because it's usually hard to find a vein to draw from but she didn't have any issues at all. I was in and out in no time at all. I wish I could remember her name but she saw me on Wednesday at 2:30p and she made the visit easy and I appreciated her kindness and professionalism.

When I told this second technician that she has one try she started disciplining me in how many times nurses miss the IV lines in the hospital and so on and told me she felt uncomfortable because I told her she had one try. How about how uncomfortable I've felt as a customer by them practicing phlebotomy on my arms? What is the point of making an appointment when they are always slow to the point that you have to wait hours past your scheduled time and then , they are incapable to do their jobs but have tons of justifications that are not even close to explain this poor customer service.

The kiosk check-in was easy. Natasha at the desk called me up within 5 minutes and quickly and kindly got me all checked in. They quoted me me 2-3 days on the analysis (which was fine) but had something for me 24 hours later. Way to over-deliver! I also called them about how to best take samples and what they needed. So I made an appointment at the location so that I would collect on site and not have any issues. I just got my results back this morning and in the results it said that since the sample was over 2 hours old it is not a good test. This means either the front desk staff was incompetent and did not get my sample back to the lab considering it was in my hands for less than 15 minutes before giving it to them or it was not handled properly by the staff once received in the lab. I cannot trust that any of my future tests are going to be handled by them properly.
