Absolutely the worst company out there…read more They took over management of our condos around 2 years ago.(Lake Village Townhomes, Walled Lake, MI) Rates have went up from $260.00 - $433.00 (Mind you there is no pool, no fitness center, and the condos are falling apart) - Members were mailed coupon books letting them know their payment went up. No communication about "Budget" until after people recieved a higher payment. You can create a "Request" and they will close it so they don't have to deal with it. AGAIN, we pay $433.00 per month for garbage pickup, and lawn/Snow services. They will blame the high cost from "Inflation" and "Insurance". HAHAHAHA. absolute garbage company.
