The manager said that wouldn't be possible and I said yes it is very possible and it is illegal to have a machine operating on the floor that isn't 100% operational and I reminded him that these were their rules... They went to the office and 10 minutes later while I'm waiting my friend to leave they come and take to the cashier's and give me back every dime I spent from time I walked into the place ... Then I was told I was not welcome at their casino anymore ... It's a trick of the casinos to take as long as possible to respond to a complaint because people have no patience to wait ... My little ordeal took three hours of waiting for the slot manager and then the tech and then the casino manager but I waited them out most people won't and they know that so they use it . Just like shutting down all the ATMs at the same so customers have to wait in line to cash out ... They know most people won't wait and continue to gamble ... These are practices that would get a casino in a state with real gaming commission heavily or shut down if it was continued... But not in Oklahoma ..

The Rock & Brew bar is neat looking and has some great bar food. And they're getting ready to open their other new (nicer) restaurant concept - that likely will have it being a major upgrade to the sit down (nicer) food options they've had in the past (which really lacked). All and all...people will think Downstream is the best/nicest casino around here - and it is. But Indigo is of that same class and doesn't give up much at all to Downstream. Downstream has a far better poker room - Indigo always has big bingo events - there's the big difference with the gaming side. Otherwise, these two hotels stand well above any of the Indian casinos in the area (well above I say).
