I would say that the salad was good, but it was really only about half full and there could've been more salad in the bowl. Soup was also very good and it also could have been more full. It is a food truck parked in a lot with tables in front for waiting/dining out. The staff is very friendly and will start to recognize you by name if you go there enough :) I eat there at least once a week. For a small town in the rural Midwest, we are very fortunate to have Japanese and seafood of this quality.
