They replaced the windshield with an aftermarket windshield and it wouldn't recalibrate. They then ghosted us for three weeks for an OEM Honda windshield. It was installed and everything worked for about a month and now the same calibration problems won't allow us to use any of the safety features on our vehicle. They say it's the camera Acura says it is the windshield.

The morning pictures were taken before bringing my vehicle to your shop, and the night pictures were taken afterward. The photos clearly show the condition of the dashboard before arriving and the condition after the work was completed. Pictures do not lie. Instead of acknowledging my concerns professionally, your response shifted toward accusing me of having bad intentions from the beginning. That is unfair, disrespectful, and not how a reputable business should treat its customers. If my goal was to "take advantage" of your company, I would not have documented the condition of my vehicle beforehand. When it came to who to send my vehicle to, I chose Fix Auto because of their excellent rating on Yelp. My car initially was seen at the Spyres location where Mick assessed the damage and sent that to my insurance company. I also met Mary who worked the front desk who was super nice and friendly and helpful. Mick was a great guy who helped explain what needed to be done. Eventually, the car went to the 9th street location since the Spyres location did more cosmetic stuff and this repair needed a lot of work. Fix Auto kept me informed about the progress of repairs and when it was time to get the car, I got a call from Vimal who I met at the shop. He went over all the things that was done and the car looked brand new. One of the reasons I would give 6 stars is because I felt they went far beyond my expectations. For example, I had done a PPF in the front with Ceramic Garage and they got them to do that without having to worry and deal with it. Also, a hub cap was damaged and Vimal informed me that they have ordered a new one but will take another week for it to come in. Things I wondered if Fix Auto would address with my insurance or whether I would have to do these things at my expense. So kudos to Vimal and Mick who took care of things with my insurance along with Mary who was at the 9th St location. I shared my experience with my friends and they agreed Fix Auto went beyond what is expected. We first had Ron replace all our windows in our 69 Chevelle and we were so impressed by his work; we had Ron replace our glass in the sliding patio doors and then he replaced the screen in our screen door. Now all I have to do is use a finger to slide my patio doors or screen door to open and close it. What a blessing. I am so pleased with his work that I would like to refer anybody to this nice man who worked for us.
