They were very unsatisfactory. So I came into the office and talked to Blake I dropped the car off. They called and told me what it needed . Turns out the other shop really manhandled and butchered the wires and plug from the wiper motor. That's why it kept turning off and overheating. It also sounded like a meat grinder. So they put in a new motor and it sounds perfectly quiet the way it should be. They also fixed the wipers and put them back in the park position. Danny Blake and Chris were great. I definitely recommend bringing your car here. The shop is small but they do a great job

Great service, really did try to treat us like family and got to know our names. I had a weird sound coming from the bottom of my 2015 Mazda 3, and had an inkling it was my suspension. Caesar was able to fit me in, and diagnose my car within 2 hours (it was Saturday). I came back in and he was able to walk me through a rough estimate with what needed to be fixed, and why he felt it was necessary. He visually inspected my car, and gave me some valuable advice as I was considering on getting a new car vs fixing this one. He was timely with his estimate even though it was after hours, and was transparent with what parts he was using which made me more confident in his work. Originally I was a bit skeptical that it was my full suspension, but given the age of my car, I knew it needed to be replaced regardless. Caesar and team worked to get my car fixed the next day (Monday, since I came end of day Saturday) and I am SO grateful for him being able to fit me in and complete the job quickly. He was accurate in his timeline, and when I picked the car up, it really did feel like a brand new car. I feel like I'm floating in ways I didn't know was possible in a car!!!!! I take it in Thursday I ordered part online, he charged me $180 on Saturday to put in new bulbs (that I ordered) and he didn't even change the sensor said " no issue". $180 was labor for the light bulb and the sensors that were not replaced Then I had to go back two days later because the light went back on Saturday evening and part didn't come in till Tuesday (because I returned it). He charged me again, $20. Argued with me about the sensor, he finally took a machine out and checked, then he says someone broke the sensor when repairing tire. HE broke the sensor when he was patching the tire. FYI the light is still on. Just don't go. It's not worth it. Don't go there, if you don't know anything about cars or if you're a woman.
