They were very unsatisfactory. So I came into the office and talked to Blake I dropped the car off. They called and told me what it needed . Turns out the other shop really manhandled and butchered the wires and plug from the wiper motor. That's why it kept turning off and overheating. It also sounded like a meat grinder. So they put in a new motor and it sounds perfectly quiet the way it should be. They also fixed the wipers and put them back in the park position. Danny Blake and Chris were great. Junior mechanic here, and I STRONGLY do NOT recommend this shop…read more For context, my girlfriend got a flat tire and had to be towed to the nearest repair shop because I wasn't available to fix it myself. Unfortunately, that happened to be this place. She was told the repair would be done first thing the next morning, yet a job that normally takes around 20 minutes wasn't completed until the afternoon. To make matters worse, they charged her roughly 50% more than the going rate for a simple tire repair. The most ridiculous part came afterward. They automatically sent a follow-up email telling her to return so they could "retorque the lug nuts & bolts." As someone who works on cars, this is one of the most absurd recommendations I've ever seen for a routine flat tire repair. Any competent technician torques the lug nuts correctly before the vehicle leaves the shop. Sending automated emails like this comes across as nothing more than an attempt to get customers back through the door for unnecessary service. Between the excessive wait time, inflated pricing, and questionable business practices, I have zero confidence in this shop. I strongly recommend taking your vehicle literally anywhere else.

I will definitely be a customer going forward. I dealt with Brian. He is amazing. He explained everything I needed done. He explained the noises I was hearing so I left my car there and they are very busy. Brian called me back and told me what I needed. He said he would try and get the car fixed by Saturday so I asked him if I can make an appointment for during the week because I needed my car to get home and to go somewhere the next day. My car really wasn't safe. The axle was making a loud clunking noise. He went out of his way to have my car ready by closing time Friday. The work that was done to my car was top notch.
