They were very unsatisfactory. So I came into the office and talked to Blake I dropped the car off. They called and told me what it needed . Turns out the other shop really manhandled and butchered the wires and plug from the wiper motor. That's why it kept turning off and overheating. It also sounded like a meat grinder. So they put in a new motor and it sounds perfectly quiet the way it should be. They also fixed the wipers and put them back in the park position. Danny Blake and Chris were great. Great service, really did try to treat us like family and got to know our names. I had a weird sound coming from the bottom of my 2015 Mazda 3, and had an inkling it was my suspension. Caesar was able to fit me in, and diagnose my car within 2 hours (it was Saturday). I came back in and he was able to walk me through a rough estimate with what needed to be fixed, and why he felt it was necessary. He visually inspected my car, and gave me some valuable advice as I was considering on getting a new car vs fixing this one. He was timely with his estimate even though it was after hours, and was transparent with what parts he was using which made me more confident in his work. Originally I was a bit skeptical that it was my full suspension, but given the age of my car, I knew it needed to be replaced regardless. Caesar and team worked to get my car fixed the next day (Monday, since I came end of day Saturday) and I am SO grateful for him being able to fit me in and complete the job quickly. I took it to this small, hardly noticeable body shop on route 303, by the Oasis gas station, for an estimate cost to fix it. Larry, the owner gave me an estimate which was several hundred dollars less than the insurance estimate. He asked if the insurance was paying and I let him know they were and what their estimate was--but he said I could keep the difference. He did an awesome job, in only 1 1/2 days, and matched the paint beautifully... and he did all this with uncommon old school grace. Then he charged me even less than his own estimate! If you need auto body work--- he is definitely a go to guy.
