Its not easy. I know but the rewards are epic a lot of times. I called your establishment today. I am from Oregon. I am helping my son, who recently became a single father of 2, with his casa. We recently had our Heating and air conditioning fixed by 3 very kind gentleman after not having air conditioning for over 7 days. It was brutal! Thanks Guys!!! Wish I remembered their name. Awesome, young men! Respectful, and clean. This was right before the holiday, July 4th 2024. The very next day, after the fix, I see water coming out of the air vents and dripping in the laundry room. I ask my son, who works 12 to 14 hrs a day to call the landlord or Heating and cooling. He forgot ok, ask again...he forgot. Now hes at work, I need help and every # for the realitor online is a wrong #. So i dial Viking Air and ask for help. Jen answers, asks if I'm sure its not a broken pipe problem. U assure her that I don't believe it is because,... the water is coming from the vents and pooling in the laundry room. She askes me to check to see if its icyle on the condenser outside. NO ICE. Then she say she cannot do anything for me because I need to call the realtor and have her call Viking. I explain that my sons at work, realtors can't be reached and that I am frustrated. I don't know what to do. She offered to give me the realtors # ... I said Yay. You have their #, omgoodness I can't find that anywhere. She then immediately back tracks and says she cannot give me that info... I talk over her... begging to be given a manager or the #... there must be a way... i need help, and there be a loophole... right? No, she hangs up on me. I call back 10 or so minutes later hopeful... gonna beg for a loophole. Jen answers, I say Jennifer I am sorry, I don't mean to...she cuts me off... says they are on their way ... I tell her THANK YOU SO MUCH, I DIDN'T MEAN TO BE RUDE I just needed help and felt lost. She said... "Yes, you did mean it and hung up.... slammed the phone down." Its 4pm... Viking closes at 5pm...I called at 9:30am... still nobody has come here nor have I been contacted. Jen. You are better than this, right? If not you shouldn't be answering the phone. Update!!!! They brought 4 men, this house is being attended to in a manner that is befitting a property management company. The catalyst was the dibocal from yesterday. If she can be kind enough yo find it in her heart to forgive my frustration and crutial need to be heard! I am so thankful to have finally been heard! It wouldn't have happened without her. I promptly arranged for repairs, as I occasionally use the furnace on cooler nights, even when daytime temperatures don't require it. Unfortunately, the first appointment was canceled at the last minute, and the second appointment couldn't be completed because the new heat exchanger arrived damaged, necessitating a reorder. Additionally, I was overcharged for cleaning the blower, which wasn't performed due to the heat exchanger issue. I'm still awaiting a refund and am uncertain about when the furnace repairs will be finished. This situation could have been managed more effectively, and I hope everything gets resolved soon. I will post an update when everything is completed as requested.

Call them if you are a millionaire, otherwise stay clear. Oh, they wouldn't return my call when I wanted to complain about the charge. They were quick to pick up the phone when I needed service. So they do screen their calls. What a rip-off! Never again!!!

I'd urge others to be cautious with Mr. Comfort Heating and Cooling…read more Two years ago, we hired them to replace the compressor on our AC. Even after that repair, the system never ran properly. The next year the coil broke, and they came out to replace it, charging a very high price for both parts and labor. We only realized how overpriced it was after a different technician later looked at the work. This year, the same compressor they installed just two years ago failed again. Their quote to replace it was around $2,000 for labor alone -- roughly triple what an independent technician quoted us for the same job. We've also paid for a membership for years that was supposed to include two inspections annually. Those inspections never happened. When we asked, they said we hadn't answered their calls -- but we never received a single call, email, or letter from them. Most concerning of all: when the new technician inspected the unit, he told us the parts had been installed incorrectly, which likely explains why they failed so quickly and why the AC never cooled to full capacity. Between the repeated failures, the overcharging, and the membership we paid for but never received service on, this experience cost us significant time and money. I'd recommend getting a second opinion before hiring them.

Mr. Comfort install/replaced a new boiler in our church building. They stated that they were…read morequalified to install the new boiler, after I was informed by a representative of Living Comfort HVAC that they were going out of business. The representative from Living Comfort HVAC set it up for Mr. Comfort to perform the installation. I came to find out that it was all a lie. Living Comfort HVAC never went out of business and the owner of Living Comfort HVAC was the father of the owner of Mr. Comfort. Mr. Comfort's owner knows absolutely NOTHING about boilers. He found some people to install the boiler and even they knew very little about boilers. The installation by Mr. Comfort resulted in no gas shut-off valve installed on the boiler, the circuit board was fried due to being wired incorrectly by the installers from Mr. Comfort, and they installed an incorrect circulating pump, which doesn't pump water throughout the 2-story building. The circulating pump they removed from the old boiler worked fine and could have been used on the newly installed boiler, but they took it with them and left an inadequate circulating pump. Before the boiler was complete, the owner of Mr. Comfort sent me a list of piping and other items that was needed to get water to the actual boiler. This piping and other item were already included in the price of the boiler installation, but they wanted me to pay additionally for these items. A damper motor purchased for the boiler was never installed. When talking to the owner about these problems, he said that the people who installed the boiler no longer works for Mr. Comfort any longer and I need to contact the manufacturer of the boiler. All of the people had quit. I've talked to other companies who are aware of this father/son scam, and they know the reason people have quit working there. I am absolutely sure that they have 0 knowledge on how to install new boilers. I implore you to save your money and pass this company by.
