If excellence had a name, it would undoubtedly be Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach…read more My experience as a patient has been truly exceptional. I underwent surgery performed by the renowned Dr. Vulcano, an outstanding physician whose expertise, dedication, and compassion inspire complete confidence. I placed my trust in his hands, and I am hopeful that, thanks to his remarkable work, I will make a full recovery from my fractures. I would also like to express my deepest gratitude to the entire hospital staff. From the doctors and nurses to every member of the support team, everyone treated me with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. During one of the most challenging moments of my life, I found not only medical excellence but also humanity and compassion. Five stars are simply not enough to rate the quality of care provided by this hospital. Mount Sinai deserves the highest recognition for its unwavering commitment to the health, well-being, and recovery of its patients. Thank you for giving me hope and for guiding me through this journey toward recovery. Highly recommended and deserving of the highest praise. Gremaf Reyes

Terrible experience…read more Today, Saturday, July 18, 2026, at around 1:00 PM, I visited the Miami Beach location because I injured my foot and was in significant pain. Since I don't have insurance, I was informed that the medical consultation would cost $140 and the X-rays $80. After the nurse took my X-rays, Dr. Luis Cabrera never brought me into an exam room, never asked about my symptoms, never looked at my foot, and never performed a physical examination. He simply looked at the X-rays, said he couldn't see anything, recommended that I see a foot specialist, and told me the radiologist wasn't available to interpret the X-rays. When I asked who was going to perform my medical examination, he replied that he didn't need to examine me because he already knew I had injured a toe. I explained that he had never even looked at my foot, but he insisted he didn't need to. When I asked how he could give a medical opinion without examining the patient, he dismissively told me to "find someone to explain it to you." I then asked, "If you're not going to examine me, why am I being charged $140 for a medical consultation?" At that point, Dr. Cabrera became angry, told me not to pay anything, and ordered me to leave the clinic. The entire incident happened in front of the nurse and the receptionist, making the experience humiliating and deeply unprofessional. I left the clinic without receiving a medical examination or treatment and without paying, because Dr. Cabrera told me to leave. I have never been treated with such disrespect by a physician. I cannot recommend this clinic based on my experience.

At around 10:02am the lady who would be doing the first part of my check up came strolling in with her ice coffee in hand. After about 30 minutes she called me in to start, but then left me in the room for about 10 more minutes, understand that during all this time I hadn't eaten since the night before (a requirement for my physical) and I'm very cold from sitting so long. After a few more minutes I left the room to tell them at the front desk where the assistant is sitting that I'm still waiting. After a few minutes more sitting in the room I went back up to the front desk to inform them I had to leave to pick up my son as I do everyday at this time, they looked surprised even though it almost 11am and my physical hasn't even started. The staff was very nice and friendly, but do not put the patients first, very unprofessional in that regard. As far as Dr Rosete, I have to say that he is one of the best and most tentative Doctors I've ever had, just too bad I never got to see him on this day. Ofcourse now that I've written this very negative review I regretfully will have to change Doctors as I would only expect even slower service in the future of which I dont have time for at 69 years old.

AND THEY KNOW IT BUT DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. They are an absolute failure!!! FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR! I was a long-time patient of Dr Canas and was always happy with the service and care I received there. After Care Resource took over the service took a dive! I have never had such consistently bad service in my life. (As anyone who's moved from some other part of the country to Miami, we are all familiar with the horrible customer service we receive in every business in Miami. Most everyone will agree that Miami provides the worst customer service in the world! I absolutely mean that literally. If you don't know what I'm talking about then there's a good chance you're a part of the problem!). THEIR PHONE SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK! This phone problem has been going on for over a year. Ninety-nine percent of the time no one picks up when you call. When no one pick up, your call is automatically put on hold. Just like so many reviews say, we all end up hanging up after being on hold for an hour! [The office says they don't see when someone is on hold. So, while we're patiently waiting, there is no chance your call will ever be picked up because, supposedly, they have no idea you are on hold. Sounds like total bullshit lie to cover their incompetence.] If you're not automatically put on hold, sometimes you can select an extension. Many of the times, after you enter the extension there is just dead silence. The call doesn't seem to connect to the extension you want. On rare occasion, the extension connects, you hear an announcement then can leave a message. Actually being able to leave a message means little because the likelihood of someone in the office at Care Recourse actually sending that referral, or prescription refill, or calling you back to make an appointment is very slim. You might get a call back 3 weeks later - or never. This is pretty shitty though no surprise for a business in Miami but absolutely appalling for a health care provider! Is this even legal for a health care provider to be so negligent? I've also reached out repeatedly using the patient portal. Again, no response or action taken by staff. I cannot tell you how many times I've shown up at the office in a total snit after weeks of failing to reach anyone in person just to make an appointment. Every time I'm given the same lame excuse that their phone system doesn't work. Staff will look you straight in the eye and lie to you. How can a doctor's office not have a functioning phone system for over a year? Whoever is responsible for this problem should be fired!!! If their goddamn phone system doesn't work, then they need to shut the current system down! Get an old fashioned answering machine and have the front desk listen to messages all day and forward them on like offices have done for decades. Or, use an old fashioned phone service. Every I time I have to deal with this office it infuriates me. I try to calm down saying, they've got a problem which will be fixed by the next time I need to reach them. But it's not. This is a chronic problem and the office staff placates patients and well as other medical professionals who complain with a pathetic lie about a fix about to be launched. The only fix is to find another medical provider who treats its patients with respect.

I see this is a very common complaint on Reddit. I was recently at the Miami Beach office and counted at least 8 people behind the front desk so it does not appear to be a staffing issue. I had a telehealth appointment today but no link was sent to login so it never happened. This is beyond frustrating and makes me question the legitimacy of the organization at this point.
