But tonight I saw Nick supporting a bunch of people at different levels of vaping experience over the course of about an hour and he gave them the perfect level of service. While I am certainly far from a "seasoned" vaper (vaping for 6 months and building for 4 of them) Nick helped me out with a build for my Mech (just started using a mech mod a couple of weeks ago) and he was super patient with all of the build and battery questions that I had...this shop definitely cares about their customers' safety and keeping them informed on what they are doing. Tonight I picked up a Goon RDA and a custom build by Tim. I am enjoying the hell out of this setup and the build by Tim is perfect for how I vape. I am definitely impressed with these custom coils and if you haven't tried nichrome (like I hadn't before tonight) I would definitely try it especially if you are looking for flavor and clouds out of a single 18650 mech mod. I didn't pick up any juice tonight, but they have a huge selection that I have picked from on prior visits. Nick also pointed me in the direction of a sweet drip tip that fits perfectly on the Goon. Last time I visited, I paid with a hundred dollar bill , and 7 quarters. That's a $ 1.75 , the change I expected was 70.07. I told the young man not to worry about the 7 cents , that the 70 dollars was fine. After he argued with me for 10 minutes about how that was not the correct amount coming to me , it was 68.96. He ended up charging me 11 cents more to receive 70 dollars and telling me to get the fu*k out and never to come back. I'm no math wizard but this is simple math. I don't even care about the change... just how disgustingly I was treated. I'm not one to write reviews generally.... But my experience at this location was so unbelievably horrible. I am in the hospitality industry, I would no longer have a job if I treated people this way. I suggest visiting another location!

Last July while playing softball, I somehow injured the nerves in left foot. (at 74 years old not surprising). The pain was excruciating, like an electric shock in the back of my leg that radiated into my foot. And it kept me up every night, exhausting me the next day. I tried everything to soothe it, including pain patches, drugs, ibuprofen meloxicam, gabapentin, you name it. I also tried muscle stretching and rolling. deep tissue massage meditation.... nothing worked. But then, just last week while at Growing in Health, and told the proprietor, Dean Kennedy about the problem, asking if he could recommend some kind of CBD gel or cream. Dean is a great guy, a marine who was injured during his service and his using CBD to treat sciatica. He showed me a product called 'Biotech CBD Oil'. It seemed a little pricey, but being kind of desperate and trusting Dean's advice , I bought a jar of the stuff. I rubbed it into my foot that night. The unbelievable happened!. The nightly shocking pains just disappeared! I slept right through the night. and I've used it every night since. It basically transformed my life. Soon, I'll be seeing a neurologist about the injury to diagnose the root of the problem but until then, I can sleep, work out again, and it seems like a miracle. I can't thank Dean enough. It's a very nicely done, premium cigar store. Newly opened on Memorial Day Weekend '26. The store is located in an older 1920s building; however, this store has been completely redone,l with new flooring, shelving, lighting and painting. Tops and tails! The humidor display cases are brightly lit and well controlled; fully stocked too with an ample selection of cigars, opera cigars, to robustos, and double grandes. Full line of CAO cigars... a personal favorite of mine. Prices are very good too. Nice indoor sitting area with a television, table, and magazines. A smoking patio outside with umbrellas, chairs, tables, and ashtrays. Kept up nice and clean. Parking in the street is limited, plenty of parking in the town lot behind Main Street.
