You can leash them or let them roam free in the tub. The hose shoots out every thing, the soap, conditioner, flea and tick treatment and it's all timed so you can use as much or as little as you want. Easy to switch to different settings with just. Push of a button. Each bath has a dryer hose as well and towels are supplied. Just ask to clean up after yourself. There's also a disinfectant setting to clean up after yourself. We tried a few different tubs for our dogs and this by far blows them away $10 for 10 minutes and 6 additional minutes is $4. Great for all sizes. As for the area, well lit and very nice in North Royalton. There is a button on the wall you can push if you have any questions or need something. Definite 10 out of 10

They provide towels, an apron if need one, and a mop to clean up after yourself. They have great hours; open til 9, and it's well maintained. I find it easier to wash my dog there because the clean-up is easy. The tubs are clean and seem low enough for most dogs to get into. I really like this place. I wish I knew about it sooner.
