Cannot speak highly enough about Stay!…read more Our pup, who has a big personality, has done Daycare and Overnights with Stay 20+ times now. Each time, he comes back happy, healthy, and tired from playing. The 24/7 business model is a godsend for weird hour drop offs whenever emergencies pop up or last minute plan changes. The photos and report card keeps my partner and I entertained and informed while we're away. They even sent a birthday card for our pup recently! 11/10 stars :)

I would never recommend this business to care for anyone's animal. My wife is pregnant and we toured the facility several weeks ago to see if it would be a good place to board our dog when she went into labor. We never got around to signing up online and doing the test visit. I was sure we had more time to apply properly, but my wife went into early labor in the middle of the night 3 weeks prior to our due date and we were caught off guard. At 4:00am my wife called to see if it would be possible to have our dog stay even though we were unable to properly apply. We were prepared for the possibility that it would not be an option. The woman who answered the phone was very courteous, but said that she would need to get special permission from her boss (the owner) to do so. The owner then called my pregnant, laboring, wife and verbally berated and shamed her with a slew of "I told you to" statements with no grace or consideration. A simple, "I am terribly sorry, but we will be unable to accommodate you, we hope you will be able to join us in the future" would have been fine. However, the owner of this establishment is a person of poor character and unacceptable customer service. If you are looking for a place to board your animal, look elsewhere.

Leaving your dog overnight and away from Mom & Dad is a stressful thing. For both parties. You want…read morea place with a careful staff, one you and your dog trusts and feel comfortable with. While I do trust the staff at Mutt-Hutt, I am a little disappointed with one thing in particular.... My Bailey (75lb German Short Haired Pointer) has stayed at the Mutt Hutt on several occasions. Both for day care and several overnight stays of both short and extended lengths. The advantage of this place is the cage free environment they offer. Bailey no longer sleeps in a crate at home so we thought it would be more comfortable for him to stay at a place that would allow him to socialize freely with the other dogs and at the end of the night, sleep on the hodge podge furniture throughout this house. The last time we picked him up, the staff said Bailey isn't allowed to stay overnight anymore. Ruh Roh! Apparently he "barks" too much. Huh? I could understand if he was aggressive, but he's not. At all. High energy, yes, but he's also the kindest, most gentle soul you'd ever meet. But he barks a tad too much according to the staff. That's like saying your child can't stay at day care anymore because your kid cries or talks too much. Nothing wrong with the kid. He plays well with others and is generally fun to be around, but he makes noise. What? Thanks anyways Mutt Hutt. We'll find somewhere else to take our pooch.
