Honestly I was so excited to come to this establishment considering how close it is to my house, but this place is HORRIBLE. I showed a simple French tip with a darker pink base after 3 different people came to see if they can do the flower I insisted that it was ok a simple french tip would be fine for me. After doing all the things acrylic needed, I was told by rude ass Gwen that the initial color I showed AT THE START OF MY SESSION they do not have ..... I was upset but I just chose to do a whole color option on my nail moments after this was changed I was then informed this set will actually be more expensive than my french tip that by the way had a design .... I said ok cut the nails to make the amount less (the attached photo shows how ridiculous this was) If it wasn't for David seeing the tears in my eyes and doing a cute flower design I would of not given the one star I did. If you have no other options come here but make sure to get a solid color, discuss price before because these things will change rapidly. My nails look wonderful. The nail tech was very neat and particular. My pedicure was just okay. My tech was not as friendly and she made me pay before my toes dried. She got much nicer after she saw that I'm a big tipper. I observed another customer drying first and then paying. I guess she thought I would run off. I was visiting a friend out of town and decided to get my nails done. AND omg am I happy I did. I called in the morning at open and they had availability at 3. I had bad acrylics on from my last manicure at a different salon. The sweet man who took care of me took them off and gave me exactly what I wanted with the SNS manicure! Gave this place a try, even with the bad reviews. Solid showing. I was a walk in at 2pm on a weekday. Pedi and eyebrows. Nails were done well. Massage time is exact, they start a timer. The place is clean, bright and the TVs are on closed captioning. Massage chairs and soft music complete the atmosphere. I will be going back. A lot of other places in the area are loud and crowded. New to area, so we tried this nail shop since they were the closest to our house. Way to expensive and slow. To my surprise they charged my wife $60 for a French manicure, and that was without tip. The place was not clean and had a very musky smell to it. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this place nor will be returning. read more

This is the third time I have visited this location and each time I come, they are friendly. The reason for this particular review is, I felt rushed. I came with a friend and had my nails done. Pedicure and Manicure. I picked out a mauve color and sat in the chair at the same time as my friend. I ordered a deluxe and full set with a basic manicure. I had surgery recently and my nails are brittle so, I told them I wanted short, coffin nails. They told me they could not do that. Then I wanted cat eye. They coule not do that. I wanted acrylic. They didnt want to do that! So I ended up with a half done, all different lengths, over priced sns job with a buffed out matte coat... And the manicure consisted of a 30 second arm massage. Pedicure went ok which is what gave this review a higher quality but.... having 3 people stare at my nails and complain about the length was off putting. I will be coming back, but I will not be getting another set done here. read more

What a horrible experience and this place doesn't even deserve a 1 star. Yesterday, my daughter and I went to get her nails/toes painted and a full set for me. The pedicure bowls were nasty as if they are not disinfected regularly and we saw 2 huge cockroaches. There were 4 customers in the store and we were all on edge when we saw one crawling across the floor. I thought the staff would catch/kill it when we told them it crawled under the nail desk but it was as if it was a normal thing and they were not fazed at all. 10 min later we saw a 2nd one crawling out of a nail lamp on top of the desk - still nothing from staff. I'll NEVER come back here again. Completely unsanitary!!!! Not to mention the woman who painted my daughter's nails, painted her cuticles as if she just started doing nails. They charged me $20 to slap paint my 4yr old's nails - what a waste of money. It was a mess and I had to redo them at home. What a Horrible experience all around. I walked in a asked for full set pink and white ombré. The guy said ok wait just a few mins. I'm thinking yay someone who specializes in this....... after waiting about 15 mins I was told to go to the chair. She validated my choice and I showed her the nails I wanted. She said ok. Mid way through I noticed something was off. This was my first time getting SNS I usually get the pink and white acrylic. She's doing my nails and there's white everywhere. I'm thinking ok she's gonna buff this off and make it ombré like I asked. Nope. White was almost down to my cuticle. I won't return to this location again. I came here because this location is closest to my house and I didn't feel like going to my regular nail tech. Ladies, never cheat on your nail tech! The first girl I got did my gel polish on my acrylic nails so thick that I had an abundance of bubbles. Also, my nails were uneven. After driving off and looking at my nails in the sunlight, I decided there was no way in hell I could last two weeks with these nails. So I went back and got a different lady, which applied the polished thinner but it still looked like crap afterwards. Much better, yes but just mediocre. There was still the color from the polish the other lady applied on Under the nails. This place is more expensive than my usual place and I absolutely hate my nails. I always make an appointment with Jasmine for pedicures and a regular manicure, and ALWAYS make an appointment with her husband, Kenny, for manicures requiring more. It's very bright and loud...TV on, music playing and the nail techs talk to each other the entire time which makes for a very unrelaxing experience. Staff is nice but nothing makes this strip mall nail salon stand out from hundreds of others. The services I chose: $33 OPI pedicure $15 Paraffin manicure $ 6 Arch wax (great price!) Received a frequent customer card...after 5 visits, receive 20% off on your 6th visit. This is nice but I will stick to Nordstrom Spa or some of the nicer boutique salons downtown/midtown...I prefer a quiet, relaxing, refreshing experience and unfortunately I just couldn't wait to leave the New GA nail salon. read more

Disappointing! The salon was almost 20 minutes late opening! (I was told by other patrons the salon was under new management and the former employees were no longer there.) I had a mani/pedi and both were poorly done. My gel nails are uneven in spots with some jagged edges and she left color on my skin. My pedi was even worse. She didn't even do the leg massage! My toenails aren't evenly matched, I have polish on my skin and there is no shine except where she doused me with oil. I would have stayed but waiting the extra time (30minutes) waiting for them to open and get organized had pushed my schedule behind. I was NOT the only unhappy patron today! I'll NEVER go read more

So/so. Was not impressed with the time taken for a pedicure and paint, I could have done better myself. Clean overall but improvements could be completed in several areas (chairs, bathroom, floor, etc). There's a lot of room for improvement here. Last time I will ever be back to this salon. I am consistently disappointed. I appreciated how close this place was to me and frequented here for that reason only. But I've never been proud of my nails after the service. The pedicures aren't horrible, but they also aren't anything special either. They have a poor selection of polish. Most of the polishes are old. Don't get an acrylic set here! When they are done, the finished product looks like fake press-on nails. The news was on repeat and very depressing. Terrible service! I paid for a pedicure that included a 10 minute massage. Why did the woman doing my pedicure finish without giving me a massage? I told her so i guess I'll be paying for the pedicure that did not include the massage. She said she did give me a massage. As if I was sleep the whole time and didn't realize it. It was pretty busy so I understand you want to hurry up and help other customers but I'm not paying for a service I didn't get. When I told her I wasn't paying for a service I did not receive she got loud and started speaking her language and making rude hand gestures to me. It was so embarrassing. Then the nerve of her to tell me she did something she clearly didn't do because I called her out. I told the guy that was working on my nails after my pedicure & he said next time I come just ask for someone else. WELL I did that yesterday & what I disaster that was. The same woman was there. I told the guy that greeted me that I didn't want her to do my pedicure. He did nothing & said nothing. She approached me and took my purse and walked me to the spa chair. I walked by the greeter and he tells me to tell her I wanted someone else. So he left me to confront her and to tell her I didn't want her to do my pedicure. So in front of everyone I had to tell her I didn't want her to help me because she was very rude the last time I was there. She start speaking her language loudly to her coworkers again with the hand gestures & walks away. I sat in the chair for awhile and no one said anything to me so I eventually just walked out. Please don't go here and ask for the pink & white ombré because you will be very very disappointed. The acrylic was very bumpy and uneven, the ombré was very uneven also. Some nails would be 3/4 pink and some would be 3/4 white. None of my nails were even in length at all. The shape was completely off and some were shorter than the others. I only have them 2 stars because of the pedicure. They're very good at pedicures and take their time with them. My toes were a 8.5/10 but nails were a solid 1/10. Save your money. read more
