Crystal and Tommy are fantastic. Donna gives a great pedicure. They are so good, my daughter and I drive a half hour to go to them. The reason I no longer go there is because front desk/managers/powers that be can't abide by their scheduling. If you don't have a 10am appt, you won't be seen at the time of your appt. I gave the establishment several opportunities, but there were many times I had to wait over 45 minutes for my appt time even when I show up earlier. This last time my daughter was waiting 30 minutes and was told by the person who makes her rounds that "the person before you was a walk in so we can't control that." Unfortunately, we will be going elsewhere. If we are mindful of their time by making appointments and being on time, they, as an established business, be mindful as well. read more

My friend and I got a mani-pedi here today. I'm glad we made an appointment because it was busy! The technicians spent a lot of time with us and were very friendly and knowledgeable. They did not use the SNS color I requested and when they dipped it and asked I stated that I Thought it was not correct. After it was all done and compared to the sample book it was wrong. Apparently the manufacturer put the wrong codes on the bottles. Mixed up 31 and 32. Not my fault. I stated they need to note it on the sample book they stated there was nothing they could do. $57 pedicure the lady literally only massages my right leg. Left side wasn't touched!! Pedicure service was rushed. Provider cut my toenails so short even though I asked her not to cut all the way down. This place will have you wait 30-40 minutes before being seen they don't even offer water but have a beverage station with water coffee and wine- their providers will skip steps listed in menu descriptions for the option you choose. Today I had an appointment for 3 generations. They did wonderful pedicures and manicures as well as an acrylic fill. My only disappointment was that my daughter and I are from California, so we can't come back soon. Hopefully next visit we will be sure to come. My acrylics have never been this thin and she took off a large amount of dead skin from my feet. They also did a wonderful massage! read more

This was the worst no experience I had in the 15 years of going to the nail salon. First of all when I got there, it took about 20 to 25 minutes for me to get service. There was no explanation or anyone saying that it will take a while for us to get seen Second I show me a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like and they said they did not do it because if I did that color it will be clear. I asked if they can have a pinkish clear base to where I can have this sort of design and they said that they didn't have that The color I got was not matching what I wanted but I let it go because I had things to do and on top of that. It cost a lot of money and my nails are crooked. I am very displeased and I will never come here again. read more

This is one of the cleanest nail salons in town. I've been looking for a place where I can get the spa like experience that we used to get years back in the nail salon. I have been coming to this salon for a few months now and all I can say is that every time they get better and better, I had the best experience here today and my nails have never looked better. At first I thought I got lucky that I got a good technician, but every time I come here, I get someone new and every single one of them has been amazing. Nice atmosphere, but of course over priced and racists. They seem to cater only to WHITE ladies and WHITE senior citizens of Cobb county. I was the only woman of color there and was the only one approached with a portable payer to pay right after service! The white ladies were able to get up, walk to the bathroom and go to the counter to checkout! Why is that? The tiny guy took my card without giving me a total ( you always gotta check what you're getting charged for) I asked whats the total before you just swipe my card, he then told me. I asked do they offer bonus cards, he was so pressed to answer the phone he disregarded my question, totally ignored me and never answered. A random customer jumped up to grab a business card for me becauseshe saw the disrespect. I paid a total of $47 dollars including 5 dollar tip for one pedicure for two feet, ten toes, Wtf! They charge 15 dollars extra just for Gel polish, which is ridiculous! They claim their gel polish examples has regular polish that matches exactly, which is a lie. I asked the girl before choosing my color, are they the exact same, she said yes and when she polished my toes, of course it was NOT the same color, not even close! She created something that I did not want, she did not try to rectify it. she claimed the polish looks different on the samples and just startedeith excuses. I hate liars especially racist ones. I tried, would NOT recommend!!! Just go to Palazzo Nail Spa, next to Publix un Kennesaw! They are not racists, they don't lie nor have over priced nails and they give BONUS points for coming and spending your money! This place was better off when it was a jewelry store! Do NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY at UNPROFESSIONAL places!!! People are forreal racists in Cobb County and whats the reason, damn even Asians! I hate when it feels rushed and sloppy, but Kelly did such a great job and never made me feel like I was just another client. This place is amazing and its new and very clean. I stopped by for a pedicure, and I was a walk-in. The nail salon is in the same strip mall as the Kroger in Acworth. They are very nice, my nail tech was Mr. Tam. He was amazing and did not skimp on the leg massage. Awful nail shop! Timmy talked me into SNS and told me they had the matching color polish for my toes. NOT! Don't lie! Never again!!!!

Don't let Tam do your pedicure. He is in a hurry and hurt me multiple times. He didn't ever put lotion on one of my feet. I may try this salon again but not let Tam do my services! This salon is new to my area and I usually give a new business at least a second chance. read more
