I hate having to leave this review because I was a loyal customer here for almost two years and came in monthly. For the majority of that time, I had great experiences and really enjoyed several of the nail technicians. Unfortunately, over the last few months, things noticeably changed. There seemed to be a lot of staff turnover, and many of my favorite technicians were no longer there. As that happened, the quality of service started to decline. During one visit, I paid for a deluxe gel pedicure, but they completely forgot to apply the top gel coat. On my last two visits, the technician drilled my natural nails so aggressively that they became hot and painful, leaving them thin and weak afterward. During my final appointment, another technician came over, took over the service, and the two of them began talking and pointing at one of my nails. When I asked what was going on, I was told I had a "nail defect." After visiting a different salon, I learned that wasn't the case. I also found out I had been under the impression that I was consistently receiving SNS (which I was paying for), but my new salon informed me that acrylic had actually been applied to my nails instead. That was incredibly frustrating because I trusted I was receiving the service I requested. I truly appreciated this salon for a long time, which is why this is disappointing to write. I went to another nearby salon (very nearby) not once but twice and both times they wanted me to return in an hour, even though this morning it was 15 minutes after opening and not one single person was in the business. So this time I said enough and went to the next one over. And am I glad I did. I wanted a mani/pedi combo package. They were super busy but they accommodated me. Kim was my nail tech and she was so thoughtful and considerate of my comfort and what services I was looking to have. She informed me of pricing and suggested packages that would help my skin care as well. All in all I am so happy with her service and friendliness I will be using her over and over again. Everyone was upbeat and the salon was clean and welcoming. The atmosphere was one of teamwork and efficiency without compromising the level of service their clients expect. Thank you Kim! I stopped in for a pedicure and selected the basic one from the menu. When I asked about selecting a color I was told the basic pedicure does not include polish! I was surprised, but already in the chair so I agreed to take the next level of service for an additional $10 to include polish. I will say that the process of the pedicure was exceptionally good, so I was pleasantly pleased with my decision, however, I should have saved the money and painted my nails myself. The first color I selected was so thick the technician was unable to use it. I selected another color and it also seemed too thick but went ahead with it. Once he was done I was shocked at how awful the polish looked. It was uneven, bumpy and did not meet my cuticle - very unprofessional looking. They agreed to redo the polish and I chose a third color thinking another brand might give better results. It was an improvement, but still far from very professional looking. Other clients seemed to be getting good results, but I cannot recommend and will not return. In response to Julie, that is absolutely NOT what I was told. The technician said no polish is included in the basic pedicure! I was very clear that I did not want gel. If your polishes are so old and thick you might want to consider replacing them instead of providing poor applications. read more

This place is my go to and I will never stray away. I'm never scared of what my nails are going to look like because they always do an amazing job (especially Julie). Great prices, clean environment and phenomenal work. I will drive no matter how far for this place. read more

Today, I popped in for a manicure with gel polish. The salon has been remodeled since I was here last (I used to go frequently for pedicures) and it looks great. Tony helped me today; he was very patient while I tried to find the perfect nude color. Ultimately, I went with the color he suggested, which is perfect! He was very friendly, and most importantly, my nails look fantastic. He also gave me a great hand massage. I will definitely be back! read more

Don't believe the low star reviews. This place does a good job. And, they are open Sunday as well as Saturday. Easy to get in.

i go here a lot i'm not sure if they ever recognize me but i always ask for the same lady and she knows me and she always makes sure i like my shape and she takes time painting them and really takes her time with me (i think her name is Helen). this might have to do with the fact i go there a lot, but also 2 buffer guys that work there, they do a reallly good job as well. i guess you kind of have to "stay loyal" to a nail salon to find the person you like to do your nails. For me i feel like every one has there views on how and which nails are cute so you have to find that one person that really knows what you want and how to do it and it's hard to find that person it's a little journey to go on but it's worth it in the long run to spend the time doing that and you will feel confident every time you walk in to get your nails done! read more

I went here for a full set, told them I wanted my nails "coffin" shaped & not to short (being that those type of nails don't look good short). I had a picture ready just in case she didn't know how to do but she said she knew how to do the design so I proceeded to let her continue on my nails & she cut them way shorter than I asked (natural like) & did the shape completely wrong! So my nails were short, round & extremely uneven. She rushed through them even while polishing to get to the next customer. I just left the salon a couple of hours ago and feel like I just blew $40. I got my eye brows and lip waxed and left with them both very red and looking burnt. I also had a pedicure and stumped my big toe when I saw my face after it was waxed. The lady fixed my toe nail by putting a gob of toe nail polish over where it was messed up and left it looking lumpy and bad. I told them that I thought I shouldn't have to pay for the wax because it looked so bad and I looked burnt but they wouldn't even think about refunding me any of my money. I saw the sign at the front that says no refunds and I guess now I know why, a lot of people must ask for money back. read more

I went there and had a nail polish change for $6.00 and they charged me $6.00 (plus the 3.00 tip I left) as well as an erroneous $60.00 charge. I assumed it was a mistake when running my card, so I called the salon and the lady that answered the phone said the only way she would credit me is if I brought a copy of my bank statement to show her. I explained to her that I would not bring anyone my bank statement and that she should have record of what she ran and she told me that is the only way she would credit me. I told her she I would dispute it with my bank and her response was, "whatever". Terrible customer service and business practices. read more
