When pressed on what could be mitigating solutions to make sure certain lapses in care do not happen again, the director became defensive and used very strong language to turn the blame on us instead. Ultimately, instead of addressing any questions or concerns, they expelled our child with false claims, and now he's happy and free, as are we.

If they are this unresponsive to a prospective client, I worry about how they handle communication with parents once a child is enrolled.
