We tried the Half Flight, Lagrimas De Oro, Blueberry Hex, and Blackberry Hex. Honestly, Lagrimas De Oro stole the show for us, so we grabbed a bottle to take home. There's also a small balcony in the back where you can sip your mead and enjoy the view of the red rocks. Such a chill spot, honey, mead, and an amazing view. Perfect little stop in Uptown!

Some of the items I had ordered were the last in stock. They lost a star for cancelling my order too soon. They did not wait the full 72 hours before cancelling. However, the lady up front was nice enough to let me pick stuff out of the bag that I originally had set aside for me, but was now slated to re-shelf. Unfortunately, my Walgreens cash that I used on the cancelled online order was not refunded to me. Sunday was the last day I was in town, so I didn't have time to call customer service and get that situated before heading back home. They got a decent score because some of the things they had in stock were not in stock at my local Walgreens so I picked them up while here on vacation.

My invalid wife needs 12 prescriptions and we are constantly faced with potentially critical health issues because of their inability to do their job! This is a one or two star company and after looking further that is also the company's nation wide average. Even some area grocery stores have better service and higher ratings. The latest we have been waiting a week for a new prescription she requires and two weeks for three to be refilled. The CEO needs fired and top management needs replaced.

I was a supervisor for one of the largest CVS pharmacies in the country before moving to Prescott from CA.

I said, "I got a notice it was ready. So I drove into town to pick it up!" "Well I can't give you something we don't have, you know what I mean! We will order it! Check with us tomorrow." A day or two later I call to check. "No we don't have that in stock we will need to print out the script and order it." What do they do with my script? Do they give my order to someone else? This keeps happening. I've waited three weeks for the Libre Sensor to be filled. I transferred everything to Safeway and it was filled in 30 minutes, oh and they were nice.

But the pharmacy either has to order the medication in, which seems to take an inordinate amount of time, or the staff finds some nebulous error that clears up after repeated calls. We got a message today that said that the order had come in and we could pick up the prescription. I had other errands to do, so put Walgreens last. They STILL needed "an hour" because the order had "Just come in". If it weren't for the fact that Walgreens has the contract for our Medicare supplement, we would be getting prescriptions elsewhere. C'mon, Walgreens, pull it together.

Whomever answers the phone transfers me and the phone rings 50 times (i counted) and disconnects me. I try again and ask for the manager, a different person answers and they transfer me. Sometimes the systems will ring and then disconnect me and sometimes it is p/u by someone in the store only to star the transfer process over again. Rarely to I get through to the Pharmacy and if I do they tell me that the prescription will come from PHX. and won't be available for 48 hours. I experience the same problems as Autumn K and CS so I see it is not just me. Looking to go somewhere else!

We were led back to the room where I was able to sit and fill out my paperwork and then met my massage therapist. She did a really good job. I felt relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I don't experience a lot of muscle soreness, but the experience is still enjoyable and I felt great afterward. I would definitely book another appointment here when visiting Flagstaff in the future.
