After multiple negative experiences with several employees at this store, though, I'm making an exception. I have never experienced customer service as horrible as this Mobil Mart. I have witnessed an attendant call a customer a "mother f*cker" for not having his payment ready fast enough. I might've forgiven this, and brushed it off as (an extremely inappropriate) comment made by someone having a bad day if it weren't for the fact that the screamed this at the customer whose 5 year old daughter was standing next to him. After that, I made a mental note to never patronize the shop again. A few weeks later, though, I was low on gas, and this was the nearest location. When I went inside, I overheard a different employees very loud conversation with a customer. This one was more friendly, and they seemed to be joking with each other. Everything was fine until I heard the employee describe someone as a "f*ggot*." That kind of offensive language, used as a joke or otherwise, is absolutely indefensible in any context. The fact that it was thrown around so freely (and loudly) in a public setting, and used by an employee, makes it even worse. Please consider using a different gas station. This one doesn't deserve your business.
