So I looked up a local nursery near West Seneca and found Northridge nursery. I'm so glad I came here! Their herbs were so much bigger and healthy looking. I got 2 Basil, 2 cilantro, 1 parsley, 1 oregano, 1 chives and 1 dill - all 5 dollars each. They also had a better deal on putting soil than Home Depot did. My daughter-in-law stopped there on Sunday and picked up two pumpkins and a houseplant. The girl who checked us out made sure to educate her the plant (it's of the carnivorous variety, which is new to her, so we really appreciated the info on caring for the plant). Tuesday, she was redeeming her receipt for cash on the Fetch app and noticed she was charged for a Mum we didnt buy. She called and spoke with Meg (I believe) and Meg was great! She said there are times when they use the register for a price check and forget to cancel it out. She apologized a few times and was able to credit her credit card right back, no questions asked. She even sent a confirmation for the reimbursement. Amazing customer service, we're happy to be regular customers!
