We LOVE and I mean LOVE New Hope Preschool! The teachers are all so loving and caring--not only of the children's experience, but the parents as well. We truly appreciate the collaborative approach that they have with the parents and they encourage our involvement with activities. The teachers are well trained and in tune to not only the cognitive and educational development of the children, but also the social emotional as well, which is something HUGE for me! Our twins have been coming since they were three and it's so heartwarming to see the teachers all love on them and know them by name and share the funny stories about their day to day interactions with our kids with us as if they were members of our own family. Greater still is that OUR kids know the teachers by name--even the ones that aren't even theirs! There's such a beautiful sense of community and care. I'm so heartbroken that we aren't finishing out the year as we are relocating to the east coast come March. But I can't recommend New Hope Preschool enough to parents searching for a loving, nurturing environment where the faculty are skilled in all facets of child development. We are currently in our second year at New Hope Preschool and will be returning again next year! The staff and teachers are more than wonderful and we couldn't be happier with our choice to enroll there. I am a huge advocate for childcare programs that help foster both emotional developmental and academic growth, and New Hope does just that . The kiddos work just as hard on their counting and learning to write their names as they do on exploring the world around them through cultural days, art and even up-close encounters with ladybugs and butterflies! After being home with me for 4 years, my twins started in Mrs. Rainys classroom last year. The amount of growth they had in that year really set them up to succeed in Kindergarten this year. They are some of the youngest students in their class and are already reading above grade level! Mrs. Rainys is a wonderful teacher and my youngest can't wait to have her next year like her big sisters! This year my youngest daughter started at New Hope in Mrs. Wickham's classroom. Mrs. Wickham is one of the original teachers that started the program and you can tell she loves what she does and truly wants the best for each child. Mrs. Johanna is also in the classroom and even though she started mid-year, she jumped right in and has been wonderful! My daughter loves school and wakes up asking "is it school today?" I toured a couple schools in the Eastlake area including Kindercare, Eastlake Church and Concordia. New Hope had the best price in the area. My daughter was in the 3 year old class with Mrs. Illiana. Then the pandemic hit so they had to close. We had Ms. Melissa and Mrs. Carreon in 2020-2021 for the 4 year old class. Her teachers are so sweet and caring. Thank goodness they opened again. They are extremely clean and followed all Covid guidelines. Tammy, the Director is fabulous and e-mails the parents constantly about any updates and keeps us well informed. We truly feel like we won the jackpot when we found New Hope Preschool for my older daughter. Small class sizes and extremely caring and kind teachers. My older daughter went there for the 2022-2023 school year in the dual language class! My younger daughter went this past year (2023-24). We couldn't have been more happier with the teachers and staff at New Hope! Ms Wendy, Ms Wickham and Ms Johana were so attentive to my daughters' needs as this was their first experience at a school setting and they often need some extra support and encouragement. Mrs Wickham even had some fun and unique experiences that she organized for her classroom, including folklorico dance, butterfly releases, a teddy bear picnic and more! We have been at New Hope Preschool for the past 3 years. My daughter attended for 2 years and still talks to this day how much she misses the teachers. My son wanted to be apart of it so much, he would cry when we would drop her off. So then when it was time for him to start we decided to put him for 4 days a week the whole day. We were blessed to have Ms. Nancy and Ms. Melissa as both of their teachers. They welcomed my kids with open arms of love and allowed them to feel safer and create an atmosphere of love! They also grew so much in learning. They were quick to learn how to write their name, add and subtract. This year, they added dual-immersion, which now my son is growing and speaking in Spanish! We will be sad the day we have to leave New Hope. For they have been nothing but caring, loving and understanding. From a Momma to another, this school is trustworthy. This is the perfect introductory school for my then 3-year old son. The teachers are sweet and patient. We especially loved Ms. Iliana, who helped my son through his first six weeks of adjustment to a school environment. Ms. Tammy is their accommodating principal, who will answer your questions about enrollment. One more thing that impressed me is her consideration. I enrolled my son and paid for 5 days of school, but ended up only needing 4 days of school per week. She promptly refunded me. Will definitely send my daughter to preschool here too! read more

Our family loves New Hope Preschool We have 5 kids, Our first started preschool in 2018, since then our second & third child have also attended preschool here! ( We will also be enrolling our other 2 kids when the time comes ) The staff & teachers are amazing, caring, and love the kids like their own. Leaving your child in a new school for the first time can be hard for both kids & parents. Whenever my kids had a hard time at drop off, their teachers were so kind, patient & loving with them, taking the time to help them feel calm & comfortable in the class.
