My oldest child has a had time remember the teachers names because they never stay long enough to remember them. Due to staffing issues this location is constantly closing classrooms on short notice which 90% of the time is so short notice it causes me to occur additional marks against me at work (I have to allow at least 2 hours notice of call in). Not only do they constantly close classrooms they charge you for services not received. They refuse to credit accounts even with multiple emails asking for correction. Good luck trying to speak to someone because they never answer their phones at the center.

After 10 months I decided that it was not normal (my daughter cried every single morning) the kids still didn't play with her, the teachers keep telling me that all was fine and the managers not taking any action. Finally I changed daycare and after the second week my daughter was smiling, have many friends and play with them. I see that she loves her group and the teachers and also they love her. Now that she is 2.5 and we have daughter number 2 there, we truly feel that Little Folks isn't just our kids 'daycare' Little Folks is an extension of our family. Tutor Time was initially a great place for our infant and he was there for 3 years before we…read moredecided to leave. As an infant, moving infant, toddler, & 2 year old there had been regular activities & lesson plans covering science, basic math, sensory tables, ABCs, etc. There were quarterly conferences with the parents/guardians. About a year ago, multiple long time teachers left for other jobs & after this, the classrooms became overcrowded, unqualified people were hired, and lesson plans along with conferences ceased to exist. Our son came home multiple times angry, sad, & with bite marks. Despite asking for more information about what we could do to improve his life there or what seemed to be causing his big emotions, nothing changed & we were just told "this is normal behavior". The director promised to look into the lack of lesson plans & all they did was document the morning story time. The rest of the day was unstructured. Our son didn't want to go there anymore despite his friendships with his very good friends because there was no consistency with who was in charge in his room. There were different teachers & aides every day. When we decided to leave, we told him it was because he is a big kid now & big kids go to new schools. However, one of his teachers at Tutor Time told him he was leaving to go to a school "to teach him how to behave" 2 months ago, this location was under a DHS investigation for a restricted disciplinary act against a child. I also witnessed & reported a new teacher screaming at 4 month old infants. Despite this, she was kept there for a few more weeks before she left. Our rate was increased multiple times per year all in the name of being able to hire better people, however, untrained people were consistently hired instead. The bright spots that Tutor Time has going for them are both Miss Brittany's, Miss Laurel, Miss Grace, and Miss Alison. They are wonderful human beings

I learned the hard way that I was having a tough time with the transition and I am so thankful for the staff at Tutor Time for helping us through this. Staff comforted our son and made his transition to daycare so great that some days he doesn't want to leave. The staff are so willing to talk about anything and adjust to what we do at home which is helpful. If there is an issue Ashley or the teachers will answer them and fix what they can. I love the cameras in class where I can pop in and see our son happy, learning and loving daycare. The app they use is so nice to message staff, see pictures, updates, etc. The staff all know who the kids are, interact with us and the kids when they are coming and going and make you feel welcome. The director actually helps in classrooms and loves it, unlike other daycares where they don't know the kids or the classes. Our son has learned so much at daycare and we couldn't be more thankful to Tutor Time. They have events to interact with staff, see updates on your child's progress and interact with other parents and kids. I highly recommend sending your kids here!

Allowed my daughter to be kicked in the back and the head with no…read moreincident report, no communication from the staff, the director Ashley Berquist told me "if my daughter told me what is going on then why does an adult need to come behind her and let me know as well". I don't pay my daughter to watch herself. The fact this statement was said is ridiculous. I have tried calling the school several times and so has the customer service number and no one could reach them so I had to leave my job to go up there. Ty heir communication is horrible, I had to take my daughter to the hospital due to pain from being kicked in the back and in the head and this was not the first incident of her being physically harmed. I had to force them to write incident reports. Tools me that if they had to stop to write incidents reports they would need to hire a new person for that. My daughter has been hit in her head repeatedly, a child has dug their nails in to her arm because she didn't want to play with them and again no call or incident was reported. Then I was told the only way an incident is written up is if the child is physically damaged (bleeding or bruised) and the only thing that was communicated was she was accidentally scratched which was a lie. I have taken photos, proof, etc... of this negligence and will be reporting this.
